Good residential block with Masjid on the front. Very expensive as compared to other similar projects owing to commercial location and vicinity to IBA Karachi.

Bhayani Heights one of the most good location in Gulshan town situated gulshan-e-iqbal near Disco Bakery Gulshan Iqbal Karachi.Surrounding area of this place is very good and clean Karachi University is nearly ennadi also there is hospitals markets and very good area for living.All basic necessities of Civic Metropolitan area is available.

Average flats with no parking facility or you can say very conjusted parking. There is also a mosque inside and also a ambulance facility too. I dont like these flats but although the location of these flats is fantastic especially for University students or family is looking for studying point of view you can get best institutes.

I must say its an ideal place and location for middle class family to live. Little bit of parking issue but other then it is good.

Smelly stairs. Kids are always playing. Small and conjusted parking. Overrated flats.

Old apartments. Union not very good nowadays. However, it is like a fort. Excellent company for kids. They can run walk or cycle as much as they can. Mosque. Good middle class families. Ample parking. Water twice per day. If you have water tank, no worries. Peaceful environment. Very lively apartment. Pure residential. All kind of shops are just after crossing a road. All type of transport available. I love this place. I have been here for last 27 years. No plan to leave it for now. 2 bed rooms and 3 bed rooms apartments.

Good place to live as it has all basic facilities.Further,schools,colleges ,universities,eatries and renowned shopping centres are in easy reach from here.Its Union is more like Mafia.For example, ZamZam Water supply Vans are allowed to enter for distribution while all others as Aquafina,Culligan are not allowed entry.Its because ZamZam water supply is owned by one of Union guy.

Often visits here. Best studio appartments, bit expensive due to an ideal location. Cooperative Union system. And the best part, located at the main Maskan Chowrangi and at backside kids have facility to play their outdoor games in regular grounds of University of karachi.

Well it was my first visit to karachi and i knew nothing at all thanks to google maps it became very easy and the experience was as if was a local. It took me no time from malir to my destination and route displayed was real short.

An apartment building with a dedicated ambulance for your medical emergency. Their management is quite good except for the fact the water is scarce and needs to be monitored.

Highly not recommended. Poor union. Apartments stairs smell like urine. Few lights outside flats. Darkness in nighttime.

Multi-storied flats complex is situated at the farthest end of road coming from Gulshan Chowrangi and touching Abul Hasan Isfahani Road. Because of poor maintenance, the flats are in pretty bad shape.
