Its very big appartments phase 2 some congestive place parking very small

People are helpful and friendly no electric or gas load shading university,shopping mall hospitals are very close to the apartment.

One of very congested place of karachi , needs cleaning and proper managment

Old apartments with zero maintenance, sewerage water flowing aroundSubhan Allah hotel is good under this apartment.

Better living place everything is nearly walking distance available 24/7

The apartment of shummail complex are very good design and long life stabla

Never buy an apartment there.... There are cracks everywhere in the building and moreover the place is quite dirty plus there are no reliable water supply
