The management service is good but there was so humidity inside because I got to know that they have been facing the electricity breakage issue since the last week. Secondly, the product service is totally downgraded, whatever you do like complain or change your package, you still face the frequent disconnection and slow speed issue and that is why my last visit was there to close the connection.

Office designing is good. But Ptcl is merged with ufone company and peoples was thinking now ptcl services will be good but its only dream... last week me visit there for close my connection and now me using local intenet company connection
