Poor and slow customer services, even you have to wait for couple of minutes for cash withdrawalbecuase of always rushy counters, during school fees days, it looks like National Bank. They should increase and effectively manage cash counter.

Beautifull brach in beautifull location of Jhelum Cantt. I am foreigner. But i can share proudly about this branch service is Superb. Nice staff nice Excent with everyone. Xoom service is great too in this Branch. My Parents always Satisfied with money recieve system. During ramzan month before EID on Shab e Barat. I remember all.They recieved money on time in this branch rightaway with very nice attitude staff. Allah Pak apko our Taraqii ataa farmain. Ameen.Thanks Alfalah :-)
