A bit overrated place, tried their fast food and desert. But only found value in desert. Well ambiance and staff behaviour amidst covid second wave was all i found something better than other restaurants. No dine allowed but open air serving is option that they offers now a days. A nice venu for desert lover and have good options for appetisers.

Owing COVID-19 2nd wave, option of dine in wasn’t available thus we had to eat in the vehicle therefore I can’t tell u about the atmosphere n ambience of this hotel. Nonetheless, food was palatable

Coffee standard is good. Rates are also very attractive. Loved to have a wonderful coffee. Also learnt some delicious breakfast menu. Place opens at 8 am and is available late till 2 am.

Lovely place, they have excellent breakfast options and other food items are a must. The owner is from England which is really handy has quality is of high standard. The staff are polite and friendly, the spaghetti are a bit chilli, even though you can request for non spicy but it will still be spicy!!!!!! Italian food is not spicy!!!!!!!

Excellent ambience, v courteous n welcoming staff. The menu is v limited as it is a coffee place, but the burgers and pizzas are simply outclass. The service is fast!! A must dine place for food lovers..

NYC has by far the best cheesecake in town and a decent variety of appetizers. Entrees are not bad but neither are they memorable. Ambience is as expected light and breezy. Smoking lounge also acts as a sports lounge with a large screen...great to watch matches.All in all a great place to enjoy with family and friends for a light meal or get together.Prices are reasonable given its not a local establishment.

My most fav go to place these days... I love their multi grain club sandwich, salad , pasta , the cheese sticks... I have tried alot of items from their menu....good stuff!

Good menu. But staff is brash, clueless and just not trained....served ketchup in sachets which was neither wise nor respectful. As usual, management seems to have lost interest once the restaurant has gained a small customer base. NY Coffee will keep losing quality and customers if the owners and management doesnt take control of the service.

I ordered Spaghetti Bolognese from here, and they sent the tiniest portion they could. It was so oily that I wanted to puke. I’m never dining in or ordering from here ever again.

Quality breakfast. Timings are good too as it open early in the morning.

This is NYC Beef Burger from New York Coffee Islamabad, costing Rs. 625/-.A succulent beef Patty is enclosed by fresh buns, sandwich among the classic condiments including lettuce tomatoes, onions and cheese. The Patty may have a strong taste for the faint hearted-primarily due to it being pan seared in margarine instead of oil. However, the freshness of burger makes you have another bite upon bite until merely crumbs left on the wooden platter.

My first visit to NY Coffee Bahria town Phase 7 Rawalpindi. Pretty nicely decorated, beautifully lit. As it was lunch time so wasnt very crowded which was a plus.We ordered Commando Cheese fries. Ill give it a 8/10. It was nice and fresh and one could taste cheese and onions along with fries separately and it was sizzling so i loved it but for me the serving was way less than the price it quoted.We also ordered Chicken Beef Combo Fajita Steak kinda think. It was also sizzling but for me it lacked flavors, no salt pepper no spices, was completely bland but Ill give it a try one more time one day to see how consistent it is with flavors.Overall, it was nice.

We had coffee (white chocolate mocha, cappuccino and Americano) a spicy ranch pizza, sliders station and commando fries.other than fries, the serving size was good. prices were alright and taste was very good! service, ambience and staff attitude was also great!only down side, it was difficult to get the waiters attention due to low number of them.

Delicious and fresh food every time v visit

Itd been quite some time since Id been wanting to visit here. Amazing interiors and ambience, which is why Ive given them 2 stars. Otherwise its not worth it at all. Ordered 3 dishes, all of which were under seasoned, at room temperature and had mini servings. For an international chain, they really need to brush it up. Very disappointing.

Food was just ok.. we werent happy so the manager gave us a free desert

Pizza sauce was a too tangy for our liking. Berry Blast was above average, too thick for a drink, served with a thin straw. NYC Chicken though was really juicy, succulent, cheesy and just the right size. Service was nice and quick. VFM: 7/10

The food is sometimes amazing while other times subpar. My first impressions were bad because I ordered a waffle (almost for the price of 2) but received only half of what other restaurants serve and the taste was disappointing.Their ferrero rocher pancake was a complete game changer as it was not only inexpensive but also tasted amazing. Its amazing how they topped it out with such care even for a takeaway order during the COVID-19 times. Although the cheesecake is very expensive (Rs 800+), it tasted great and the crust was not too hard. Their staff is very polite too.Their burgers though, are a different story. For some reason, they put up a misleading By1Get1Free ads in which the burgers are nothing like ones advertised and are VERY small. And they decided to not tell the customer beforehand about what they were ordering. Its basically the quality of a KFC budget burger with the pricetag of Hardees.Overall, the place has potential but the unprofessional acts of deceiving the customers regarding the food they order hinder the fine food this place offers.
