A really 3rd class serviceAt the beginning they were operating very well it was better then Daewoo.. now their vehicles dont have their route permits as per per law they are illegally operating their operations... m reviewing their service from their mini bus travelling to peshawar from faizabad terminal... motorway police is not allowing their bus to travel... 3hours nd 20 mins nd still the bus is on the way to Peshawar

Amazing road trip. very comfortable seat, equiped with a screen along with a lot of movies and dramas to choose from. i would rather say they have couches than seat. highly recommended. a journey within speed limit and surveillance outside and inside the bus. up to date booking system.

Faisal Mover is better than Daewoo. I have traveled many times in Faisal Movers between Islamabad and Lahore and they have excellent standards. Keep it up.

Faisal movers is really giving a tough time to Daewoo. With their amazing new buses and good staff, they are competing with Daewoo really well. The best thing is, they offer food during travel whereas Daewoo has limited in-transit food package services for many locations. The only thing Faisal movers lag is Good bus stands. They dont have good bus stands.

I am a doctor and travel a lot between cities. It was about a year before that I found about Faisal movers. Their professional approach, quick service, on-time departures made me change from Daewoo Express to become a permanent customer of Faisal movers. I did not only traveled my self through it but also started recommending it to others.Now lets come to the story of this one star review. There is no option of no stars otherwise I would have selected that. I am usually familiar with the status of business in Pakistan which after having a little fame, become pathetic after sometime. However I never realized Faisal movers can go from best to worst in such quick time.From last few months, they started to have time issues. Before, every van and bus would come at time and leave at the exact time no matter what. Now their vans dont even reach the stand by the departure time and its nearly always 15-30 minutes late of actual time given. Not only that, they would go to the Petrol station AFTER boarding of passengers to further delay the process. What more, they will never ever allow you to get out of the van before their actual bus stand. Even if your home comes way before their stand, you still have to go therre and make your way back.Then something bad happened, far more worse. My fiancee going through their van service dropped a valuable item in their van. It was about just 4 hours till she realized and told me and I went to their bus stand immediately. After a lot of talk, all I got was Sorry sir we cant find it since there are many vans.It was all bearable and, at best making me just think to change back to Daewoo but what happened today made me write this review to let everyone know that use Faisal movers if you have no self respect and are willing to humiliate yourself. My fiancee was traveling today from Islamabad and she took a ticket at about 8:00AM. The van was supposed to leave at about 8:20AM.Usually they announce in speaker regarding the arrival/departure of vans. My fiancee kept waiting in the waiting room for the announcement untill it was 8:25, when she actually when to the service lady to ask and she was told that the van has already left. She told the support staff there that you guys did not make any announcement and the reply she got was we were having breakfast, you should have searched for the van yourself. Instead of admitting their mistake, they blamed my fiancee. She still kept her cool and asked about to arrange seat in the next van. But no, they said it is already full and we cant give you a ticket untill the van of 9:50AM (that is ONE AND A HALF HOUR later than the original). We had an important appointment with a doctor (which we eventually lost), thats why I told her to wait and do not try to go anywhere else as it will make things even more late.This incident made my fiancee cry throughout the way. If I would have been present there, I would have broken the jaw of few people there but that still would have not helped and would not reverse the stress my fiancee went through.I am informing all, STAY AWAY from Faisal movers.
