It is one of the most convenient and comfortable travel i have had so far. And Im surprised why i never traveled through their service before. They have the most clean buses, staff is nice. Seats are very comfortable and IFE system works best than most international airlines . Huge range of audio video content to make the travel time feel unnoticeable. Very affordable rates and easy booking.

Its a private bus company having presence around the apunjab province and other provinces as well. Bus Service is good as per Transport industry of Pakistan providing cargo services as well. Service quality is good along with some issues at Peak times.

I have a nice journy with bilal travels.

Service is ok but time management very bad cannot compare with Daewoo.

The experience is not very good.. I booked a seat on phone for Sialkot rom Faizabad stop. They told me that transport will depart at exact 11:30 and I will have to buy ticket half an hour before departure time. Once I reached there, the Faizabad staff told me that the transport will leave at 11:45 (time written on ticket was 11:30). The transport for Sialkot had to come from Mandi Mor and it came at Faizabad at around 12:00. The staff at Faizabad Mor is not cooperative as well. I also want to highlight that they paly Indian Movies during the journey which is condemnable.

Its very helpful for Baloch Daewoo and Bilal daewoo. I found it very helpful.

Excellent & comfortable buses. But the staff isnt much polite and professional.

Service is good. I often travel between Isb and Lahore and found it comfortable. Some old Daewoo busses are not comfortable enough. Busses are cleaned before leaving for journey and mineral water is served inside. This terminal has waiting area for males and females.

That van took is to Gujranwala instead of Sialkot. And on the other hand driver kept stoping on every stop, taking people on and off. Company took the complete fare and let us travel through a local chakra van. Still on that van around Gujranwala.

Very bad experience.The whole management at Faizabad of Bilal travels is completely illiterate.They normally misbave with passengers.They also sale tickets at high price than their normal rates.Please avoid traveling on Bilal Travels

Stupid company did fraud with us. Took full fare and made us travel with a chakra van from Rawalpindi to Sialkot which kept stoping on every stop and took us to Gujranwala instead of Sialkot.

Very bad experience. Poor standard of cleanliness. Dirty buses. Usually buses never depart on the mentioned time. I travelled to Sialkot twice and had an extremely bad experience. Plus it is not recommended for families at all.

Pathetic. Didnt like the service. They give me the ticket of time 5:15 pm and give me the seat in the middle of the bus. At 5pm i asked they why the bus is is not here they reply that bus is not coming here due to traffic jam. Our shuttle van is coming it will drop you to our other station at Pirwadhai more. The van arrives at 5:15 and drop at the other station at 6 pm. There they told me your seat is at the back of the bus not in the middle. I told them i have booked the middle seat but no use and have to sit at the back of the bus and it departure for Lahore at 6:20 pm.
