I had issues with my booking and Turkish Airlines 24/7 support wasnt able to help much. (even though they were diligent enough to follow up multiple times). I was advised to go to the nearest sales center. After reading google reviews - I was bit nervous and concerned at the same time. Given our reputation here with customer service within Pakistan (as its an alienated thing) - I was pleasantly surprised by the help given by Mr. Bilal.He went out of his way to remove the roadblock and issued updated tickets. He was also nice enough to make me move dates accordingly so I can save on the extra charges. It definitely made my day - given the traffic and parking chaos within the city.
Turkish airlines failed to inform that a Covid report is required to board my return flight to the USA. Ive been in Pakistan 6 weeks I check my email 3 times daily and not one message updating me on this NEW requirement.I arrived at ISB airport 2 hours ahead of my flight departure but was refused boarding. I was told there will be no fee for booking a new departure date and that Covid tests will take about 12 hours. Bogus!!!I contacted the test center and was informed all Covid tests here have a minimum 48 hour response period. So I cant even update my travel until I receive a negative Covid test result.I have been calling Turkish Airlines Islamabad to update them but No answer. I called the 24 hour Turkish Airlines 800 number after inputting my Ticket Number the automated voice said it cant find my Ticket then effin cut the call.This is on Turkish Airlines! Their failure to update me regarding their change in a boarding policy that requires a negative Covid test has me stranded in Pakistan. The least they can do is answer the phone to confirm my status...

Disgrace... Scandal...They dont care about people. When there is air conditioning inside, they keep it outside and in the hallway just to humiliate. They do gender and discrimination. (Wealth and acquaintance) They introduce themselves as masters. Especially when they do not wear masks themselves, they say that we do not provide services to the citizens without a mask and wait for hours. They certainly do not help. How long will this continue, someone needs to intervene.
Service is a bit slow but it is thorough and professional in all aspects. Covid19 SOPs are rigorously being followed here.

Human nature, we are always looking to point fingers on others while overlooking our behavior to them. After viewing countless negative reviews, I in some way felt imperative to share my recent experience with Turkish Airlines. Folks, it’s not the airlines staff to blame for but we the customers who are expecting them to be our personal nannies. Have you guys ever considered how hard it is for them to serve and provide us with services and comfort while in the air whether Turkish, Qatar or Emirates Airlines and have you ever noticed what we become the moment we land our country, Pakistan. Complete chaotic scene. Please appreciate and respect foreign airlines and their staff for their patience and endurance. And besides, one always has a choice of flying with other regional airlines with higher fare, long layovers plus more stopovers. I personally had a great experience with Turkish Airlines, courteous staff, gigantic Istanbul airport, great food (keep in mind, Covid19 era). I flew from ATL to IST to ISB and I cant thank enough to Turkish Airlines. In the past, I always flew with Qatar Airways but due to recent changes in their route with an additional stopover in the US, layover time, fare difference this time I opted for a Turkish Airlines and believe me it wasn’t a bad experience at all with less fare and only one stop with brief layover in IST.
FAKE AGENCY, BEWARE!Nobody will answer your call no matter how much you try. This does not seem to be the official Turkish Airlines representative in Islamabad. I tried more than a dozen times and the phone kept ringing but nobody bothered answering.
The worst airline to fly with and the worst customer service or will be better to mention that Tuskish arlines doesnt believe in Customer Service and it doesnt exist. I flew from Miami to Istanbul and then Istanbul to Islamabad. Rude cabin crew, worst food, no drinks or water on the flight. Uncomfortable seats. Broken wifi and inflight entertainment system. At Istanbul airport, unhelpful staff, customer service counter doesnt exist. No Manager available. Was advised to pay for a transit visa and exit the airport and go to other side and I might find a manager there. Called the customer service number 4 times on Turkey number and 3 times US number, only to find out that they hang up the phone the minute you start explaining the joke. Its like they enjoy making fun of you by keep hanging up on you. Stay away from Turkish airlines at all costs. Fly any middle eastern airline and you will have a comfortable flying experience. Turkish airlines is worse than a local low fare carrier.

13 hr long flight, all they have been serving repeatedly was a dry sandwich . Make me sick. They need to change their menu. Also, Flight attendance was very Rude.

Staff in this office are unprofessional and unethical. Surprise to see such stuff and on the other hand Turkish air hires people like Messi and other international personalities as their brand ambassadors. Very unfortunate indeed.
