A beautiful village in the lap of Margalla hills with a scenic beauty, Ramli is a very peaceful area. Students of Quaid-I-Azam University love to visit this place. Whenever I visit the university, I also visit this place

To get there, you need to go through Quaid e Azam university. After the village Ramli, one needs to walk to get further in mountains.

I went there after reading few reviews that are here in Google Maps. It is not a place to go with family or kids as there is simply nothing except a very small water stream which has got dirty with village sewerage water. The road is broken and you have to cross inside Quiad-e-Azam university. After you reach the dead end of the road on a location where it is marked on maps, you will be surprised to see that there is just nothing except mountains and houses of this village. I dont know why it is marked as tourist attraction on Google Maps and also please dont get misleaded with the pictures as you can fond these mountains anywhere in margallah hills

This is the most beautiful place in the islamabad. I am damn sure 99% people who visited islamabad even the resident of the islamabad/Rawalpindi didnt know or visited this place. There are chasmas, small water falls and many beautiful places where we can do picnic, Bar BQ. This is the place where snow falling happend in islamabad. Its a most beautiful village in surrounding the islamabad. Its graveyard is just like seem in hollywood movies. I love to explore the places and new things. Thanks google map to make me the 1st reviewer of the Rumli.

Good to for a day out with family. You will enjoy the scenic beauty of lush green Margalla hills and bathing in cold clear stream of water.

This place is beautiful scenery wise but lacks proper sitting place for families and individuals. You can sit any where close to narrow road but not fun for families and individuals. Also Ramli is just a village in beautiful Margalla Hills and you would find dead end on the road and you would have to return on the same road again. I also tried to find road towards Shahidra via Ramli but roads are broken and too dangerous to try.
