A few months ago, this branch was offering pathetic services. Their queue management system was out of order and despite several complaints, they were not serious to sought it out. Elderly persons were standing and waiting in queue for hours for their turn. But yesterday, I found a wonderful change in it. Queue machine was working. Staff was polite, cooperative and brisk.
