Ms Maryam Iqbal and Mr Hanif really disappointed me. Maybe theyre just doing what theyre told; ignore commoners and bag the investors. Understandable. Ive seen worse. Still a pretty good bank compared to others. Lets not let these people discourage us from being happy. Keep moving forward! Grab a kulfi from Jamil Sweets next door and enjoy life. Eliminate the hatred.
I found this to branch to have quick quality customer service. The lady at the front desk is always very helpful and extremely impressive at multitasking.The only complaint is that there are two ATM machines in one cubical. So after working hours, only one person can use the ATM at a time, even though they have two machines.
Such a bad customer service experience i had here. Came here to get some information about my dormant account and was asked to provide acc number or Cnic by a lady And then she asked me to wait 2 mins as she had to go for 2 minutes and she never came back left me waiting for more than half hour. Atleast should have told me to go and ask someone else

Fast forward to 2-3 weeks and Id still not received an update (just a SMS acknowledgement of my application a week after the actual submission). I called the helpline and was informed that there seems to be an issue with my application and that Id need to call the bank branch Id submitted my application to. So far Ive not been able to get any response on the shared contact number.In conclusion, a decent bank that needs to learn to answer the BLOODY phone.
This Standard Chartered branch is roomy and the ambiance is better as compared to other branches in the city. The problem of parking is not as acute as somewhere else.
Went to have my biometrics verification today at this branch .It was very well organized and everyone was very helpful.A nice lady in reception verified my biometrics within 2 minutes of my arrival.Overall very nice performance so I will give a 5 star.
No sense of customer support, they will quickly tell you a lie to get you out of their face. Highly unsatisfactory visit.
