Ausam chaie I ever had

This is the worst place for tandoori tea and i have visited more than 10 places to date.Place is very packed and Tea is the worst there is.We ordered x1 Kadak tea and x1 ginger tea, we were served quite cold and absolutely no difference in taste between two cups, its like they are serving from same pre-cooked pot. Moreover tea is not tandoori at all, they are just pouring tea in a cold clay pot.They charged 140 rupees for a cup thats not even worth 40 rupees, there are so many places for better tea in Islamabad even in driving range. I would never recommend TJ to anyone.

Tandoori chaye was good but matka baryaani was not delecious

Good meethi chai with a twist! A must try at least once. Doodh Patti is served in stove baked clay mugs. Chai prep is a treat to watch.

Awesome place to Visit on a rainy day

Get cold very soon. Taste does not justify the price. Most of all u cant get tea without sugar. But ofcourse a good place to sit and for chit chat.

Man, their chai is ok , but their customer service is pathetic - they need to adept - or hire proper staff who can multi-task. Too many waiters running around or standing around clueless. They need to be trained. Just hiring more staff does not solve the problem. Guess, these roadside eateries have this dilemma and are not able to cope up with the sudden demand.

A nice place to enjoy the local flavour and hustle bustle of the market while sitting outside late at night. Variety of teas are available to enjoy. My favourite is Qalandari. During winter its very cold outside. Unless you plan to sit in your car and sip through your tea, come prepared wearing warm clothes. Enjoy!

Rs 100 for only 1 cup of tea. Public is going crazy to get it but i dont know why there are much girls rather than boys for having TANDOORI CHAY. they are making people CHAY. I came from 25 km far away for just taking this Foolish tea. Not as much tasty. Better you go for Charsi chay. Staff totally non cooperative and overloaded. You will get your order in 30 minutes. Its one of the first places to have introduced Matka Chaye in Islamabad, and everybody loved the idea. The place has recently started indoor seating too. Their chae really helps your fulfill your chae craving and the place is nice to hangout with friends.

One of the best spots for Tandoori Chai.And know they added the Shawarma.By the way the Shawarma is like a Arabic Shawarma not like the dasi ones.

Third rate experience. Couldnt deliver 3 cups of tea in almost 45 minutes or so. Had to leave without the tea.

Tea is fine. but their sitting is not good. People sitting there were cheap and were smoking, puffibg smoke over our faces. I am allergic to smoke, there is no system to restrict people to smoking area or stop them.

They have variety of tea options but their tea tastes good. The sitting area is outdoor and its semi traditional to suit the idea behind the shop. Good tea, place and people.
