We are at the age of internet but we are still unable to use 4g in our area . Tata Pani kotli azad KASHMIR . When zong will launch its 4g officially in our small town .

Zong is the best in Pakistan especially in terms of internet packages. But Ive been using Jazz Connection from the beginning.

The office is ideally located and has an inviting atmosphere. The staff is extremely professional, eager to provide clients with efficient services. I visited to convert to postpaid and there was a miscommunication, initially, regarding data overusage and postal service fees. However, this was nothing a few calls to the Help Center couldnt rectify. Huge shout out to Mr. Saqib, the Blue Area office Supervisor, who assured that I was reimbursed as promised. This would not have been a 5 star review if not for Mr. Saqibs exceptional customer service. Thank you!

A great experience of visiting Zong customer experience center

Too much que you have to wait for several minutes outside and then inside too, they are operating less number of customer support stations.The customer service experience is not good.

Courteous customer service staff. However the company offers packages designed to rob major chunk of customers advance payments. Disgusting practices ignored by GOP.

Redco office is just beside the zong customer service. Also jazz customer services beside the zong. Office get open by 9 am morning and staff available for customer

Service is good but itll really be fortunate if you get an honest CS Representative.I got serviced at counter No. 04 and the guy found to be a thug. I purchased a new sim and he persuadede to recharge some amount (as much as he could convince me). So he deposited half the amount and stole the other half thinking that all customers are fools and they dont take notice of the ZONG NEW SIM OFFER where we get double balance on first recharge. Very sad that our Pakistanis are ready to sell their morality for 50 rupees

Customer care center for Zong cellular users with excellent facility. Cooperstive staff and good services. You have to wait for long in rush hours and there are car parking issues at day time.

The staff is full of weird, pathetic, and ill mannered people.ZONG management should apply the Chinese policy of slapping staff infront of the public to teach these touts a lesson.

It was my worst experience since the telecom industry start operating in Pakistan.My ownership of zong sim all of sudden got changed to its previous owner. Who has willingly transfer the number on my name. I got complete proves.Mr. Saqib supervisor of Blue area office is personally helping the previous owner and insisting me that PTA gives authority to the previous owner to revert the transfered sim anytime?

C.r she said me franchise cant help you call 310. whe i call 310 they had same reply.i recommend you should shutdown your franchises.the surprise for me was that when she said the same thing to another customer after me.and she was askong her boss to that she cant solve the issue.

I had to buy an Internet dongle and visited this place. This customer care center offers really good customer experience. Staff is trained and well mannered. You can also experience some latest handsets as well and make your decision to buy if you like any of these. Payment through credit card option is also available so my whole experience was good, fast and smooth.

Most of the dealings are in the basement. Otherwise reasonable place.Usually there is a big rush. Would recommend going to the nearby franchise office in Aabpara which seldom has any delays

Nice and big customer service centre in Islamabad. Its location is easily accessible from every corner of Islamabad. Very elegant space and mature customer service representatives. They provide every service related to Zong network.Sales representatives are sitting downstairs so its very difficult for anyone with disability to climb so many stairs. Try to accommodate them upstairs.

This is the largest service centre in Islamabad. It is located at very convenient location surrounded by banks and restaurants. The service quality is excellent and you are received by someone who asks you the purpose of the visit an then guides you which desk to go. In case of more people the digital queue number is given on a paper slip printed by a machine. Overall the staff attitude and service is highly appreciated.

As compared to Mobolink service center Zong presents a depressive look where tired looking representatives and agents are present to let you know..... nothing can be of any service to you. They have strange and somewhat impossible plans to make you not loose their internet or cellphone service. Many end up arguing as to why they can not simply apply for disconnection of their services with them! On top of it they have strange disconnection packages and you end up actually paying them for disconnecting any service with them. Take for instance disconnecting or cancelling SIM subscription. They cut nearly all the security deposits into their charges. Pathetic service from a pathetic cellular company. The recent display of new phones has been discontinued, while the corporate desk caters to only the companies for installing what seems to be an imitation of google products like speakers, wifi and security related products, why these are not available to the private customers, I fail to understand.

Working for a multi national company where i was in the pioneer bagdes was a great experince. A great start of career with the well reputed company...
