Efficient system. There is a help desk where you can ask all your queries. All staff members we dealt with were polite and helpful. Ample sitting spaces are available.

Service centre have token system and have quematric system.all data of customers are updated in ORACLE system.

The systems are well in place but the staff tries to undo the system themselves. Remember that they take a 1- hour break at 1pm. Its not mentioned anywhere but you will suddenly see the queue numbers running as if they are moving automatically. When my number washer displayed it was passed over quickly and they refused to take my application. Reason: they were going on lunch break at 1250. And they said you can come back at 2pm. I had to complain their officer incharge to get my application done but dozens of others were just told off to come back again at 2pm. They Should stop issuing tokens an hour before lunch break and the timings should be displayed. Other Relevant information also needs to be displayed prominently.
