Miniso is Japanese brand, great place for quality stuff, you can find every necessary item from cosmetics to electronics here at reasonable rates.Some items are little overrated but quality is usually good. The biggest joke is when they charge you for the carrying bag lol. That was a shocker for me that such a big brand cant afford to give a carrying bag to its customers considering people shop worth thousands of rupees in a single visit.

This affordable Japanese lifestyle brand has gadgets, toys, makeup items and many more products. Tech gadgets are good. Travel items can be found here too. The beauty counter is best for beauty and fashion addicts on a budget.

Great minimal Japanese store with good quality products!I dont know they are really Japanese or not but they seem so!Products are of good quality and there are variety of different things offered here!You can find stuffed toys, perfumes, electronics, headset, earphones, and numerous other products!

Deteriorating customer service. The variety of products is worth nothing if your sales staff is knows not a thing about customer service. I needed to exchange a product because i didnt like the quality of the electronic device. I was questioned repeatedly after i was told that i can exchange the product. This lady walks about to me after i had already chosen another device, claiming that my quality complaint was untrue,kept arguing without understanding my stance until i truly got offended to which she started giving me attitude. Way to go!

Good place

The staff is not help full at all, they have missing pricetags on various things and keep changing prices to their convenience and even refused to return an arm float which was defected. Although the recipt was along with. They refused to accept the product was faulty in the first place. While i was not asking for a refund it was a replacement request. Very bad experience.

Sub standard quality

Good, but I have noticed they have increased their product prices which is not good as they are becoming out of buying range from masses. Rising Prices in very short intervals has always being a big concern here in our country which always effect purchasing power of local residents badly.It is better for both business owner and customers if if if owner keep focus on increasing number of consumers instead of selling few item pieces but on high prices.

I bought Bluetooth keyboard and speaker from their outlet in Giga Mall. Both are working fine. Loved the shop as it was cheap enough and had almost anything concerning IT needs.

Its a great shop but let me tell u this that it is NOT made in Japan if u look closely to the card u will fide this written DESIGNED in Japan MADE IN China

Today I bought Bluetooth headphones z6000 in silver color, I asked the staff their for back they said they are short of it and on inquiry of change in color from Pwd branch possible or not, lady at cash counter said that yes it will be changed in 24 hours if the have same headphones in black color.. I just visited Pwd branch and asked for black headphones he said we have and asked for bill after seeing it the attendent said that you purchased silver headphones from Safa gold so it wont be changed.. We can change silver wid black if they are purchased from them.. I told them that lady confirmed me that it will be changed he ctegorily said that she misguided you.. He also said Safa gold outlet is company owned and we are frenchise in Pwd so we can not change color of headphones.. My pint of concern is why there is communication gap, why company employees are not aware of policy at joth ends either it can be changed as policy then it should be communicated clearly to frenchise and if frenchise can not accommodate such query then staff at company outlet should be well versed.. Can any one from company look into matter.. Pwd branch staff is not helpfull even they took ages to have facility of credit card..
