Authentic Thai cuisine in Islamabad. Best service and great taste. A must visit for Thai lovers. Watch complete video on youtube at Yum Pum channel.
A nice place to enjoy Thai food. I ordered Nasi Goreng which was really scrumptious. Has the opportunity to meet the owner in person, a really nice and elegant lady who is very helpful and friendly.
Came for a birthday dinner with friends, ambiance was lovely, food was under average. The beef noodle bowl tasted off - the noodles were over cooked and beef had an after taste. The prawn dumplings were undercooked.
Nice resturant good service with good SOPs for covid
A nice quite place after 3 PM. Carb soup is recommended if you fancy crabs. Chicken Padthai is good so are starters.
I love this restaurant especially the Tiger Temle Special Pad Thai thats delicious and also the dumplings are yummy
This is small but neat Thai restaurant. I and many other customers keep coming back for their special Tom Yum (prawns) soup. Their traditional Thai noodles are also very good. Rest of the stuff is kind of average and prices are on the high end for what you get. If you stick to the crowd favorites then you are going to have a great experience. Not saying that rest of their stuff is not good but you venture there at your own risk.
Excellent place and very economical i must say its a pocket friendly place
Pretty good restaurant, though a touch on the expensive side. Some of the dishes are incredible, while others very standard.
Went to Tiger Temple last night after hearing about their new specials from friends, I am a big fan of khao suey so was really hopeful to find a place that would make it right and was I in for a treat. To start with my friend ordered the tom yum prawn soup, a big hot bowl full of this spicy tangy broth filled with mushrooms, bean sprouts, prawns and the flavours just exploding in your mouth leaving behind a hot spicy after taste, so so good.Next came the new specials, khao suey and Dan Dan noodles as well as the red curry.Khao suey: First of I would like to compliment them on the presentation. This was perhaps one of the prettiest looking dishes ive had in the city, almost too pretty to eat....(almost:p) being a true desi I crunched up the noodles and added all the condiments in with lots and lots of lemon ( I love my khao suey like that). Hats off to the chef. For a lack of words il say it was simply divineeeeeee. Flavours of the coconut gravy infused with turmeric at its best with heaps of chicken and just the right touch of garlic. An ultimate winter comfort food! The dan dan noodles turned out to be these spicy noodles with this completely delicious tender and savory beef on top. It tasted different than anything Ive tasted in the city before. In a good way. The noodles were coated with a nutty and spicy sauce. The waiter said it was a ground sesame paste. The beef was made in another sauce which was salty and sweet. Combined together with the bok choy in it made the perfect bite. The only thing that I didnt like that much was the red curry. It had a strange flavour in it. On inquiring the waiter said it was because of the bamboo shoots in it. I guess I just dont like bamboo shoots then. We returned it and they were kind enough not to charge it. Just as well because the portions were pretty big and we would never have been able to finish the red curry as well.Total damage on the pocket: Rs3206 ( totally worth it as we were 3 people..yayyy:)
This place has the most consistent taste and quality. I love their Tom Yum soup which is different from all other Thai eateries in the town. Other favorite dishes are Chilli and Tamarind chicken and Green Curry. Recently the place has been renovated with now twin toned ambiance. Definitely a recommended place for Thai food lovers
Great food and good taste.
There was WAY too much lemon in my pad thai. I couldnt eat more than 2 bites. Waste of money.
I am not an expert of crabs, so I waited till I got another tasting and some reviews of what it might taste like before I review it. The blue (something) crab at Tiger Temple was unpredictably bad. It was raw and cold, again, not an expert, so maybe thats what this was suppose to be, but the transparent gooey crab flesh did not do the trick for me despite having a diverse flavour palette. The rest, as usual, was perfect. Best dumplings in town, amazing soups and of course, the brilliant Pad Thai. Amazing service. Clean facilities. Hence the 5 stars.
Ordered prawns and chicken dumplings. They were meagerly filled and tasted average.Tom Yum chicken soup was disappointing af as there was coriander in abundance instead of the freakin’ chicken.Lastly, ordered green chicken curry which was surprisingly somewhat decent. In short, the food was disappointing and expensive. Won’t be visiting again that’s for sure.
Tiger Temple got their place renovated a few months back revamping their look. Its quite different From the all white look before converting it to a dark themed place with dim lights however the ambiance still remains inviting. Have always been a fan of their food and was delighted to find the same taste as before with not so much change in the prices and some fancy new crockery as well! Definitely worth a try if you havent been there before.
Great service, very friendly and attentive staff, good food! Definitely would recommend. We had the Pad Thai noodles (not the most authentic but still yummy), the Dan Dan noodles and Khaosai - everything was really good!
Good food those who have developed taste for Thai food......
Amazing food and amazing service! Some places have good food but its generic tasting, but this place doesnt just have good food, it has a unique taste. Highly recommend it!
The first thing I explained to the waiter was that my husband (foreigner) and I cannot handle spicy food since we are both recovering from food poisoning and he has a stomach ulcer.I asked if they could make the food completely mild. They said yes. I stressed the importance of the food needing to be mild, MULTIPLE TIMES.The staff lied to me, because the food was INEDIBLE. If you are UNABLE to serve MILD food, don’t LIE to your customers and pretend that you can.It was a horribly unpleasant experience, and since we were with guests, we couldn’t not do anything about it. We left hungry, and in pain in our stomachs.
Chic Thai restaurant in center of the city. Food is good and a little different (in a pleasent way) than what you expect at other Thai food places in town. Ambiance at the restaurant is calm and quiet. Staff is very decent and not chirpy. Prices are reasonable according to their location. Its a pain to find parking at Beverley Center at the day time, its unusualy calm in the evening on this (front - facing blue area) side.
A great hotel for family visiting
Good taste and lovely interior
Possibly the best thai food joint. Then again I havent been around to that many.. but I really like the taste and the blend of exotic flavours.
This place is just amazing.. There is no other Thai cuisine who offer such great food. The ambiance is great, the owners are lovely people and the staff definitely is very good. For non spicers remember to tell the staff to go easy on spices.
The best place to fulfill your dumpling cravings.Authentic Thai cuisine, always a pleasure being here.
Great place for Thai. Tamarind Fish, Nam Prik Prao Chicken and Dumplings are unmatched!
ABSOLUTELY LOVE EVERYTHING ABOUT THIS PLACE. FOOD, SERVICE, INTERIOR, AMBIANCE; ABSOLUTELY EVERYTHING IS TOP NOTCH.
Food was highly expensive and quantity of food is less than the price....
The iftar buffet was really quite delicious; lots of yummy Thai appetizers; the dumplings in particular were mouth-watering. There was lots of variety for the main dishes, which were all quite tasty too. Service was polite and courteous. Definitely worth going to again!
Kids enjoyed the food
Place and staff was awsome.....The embiance is dark which put dark shadow on ur thoughts and feelings
Pad Thai noodles Dumplings Serving size for family bowls Its better to order individual size for soup
Good place to enjoy your favourite Thai food .
The decor is minimalist but still commands grandeur. It gives a highly satisfactory introduction to the Thai dishes. Though, youll have to taste and decide for yourself if it agrees with your palette.
The food was really good and its a warm, cozy place.
Liked this place for the love of thai food. Although there is room for improvement in taste.
I rather like Tiger Temple. It is a Thai restaurant, but not a very formal or big restaurant, possibly targeting the office lunch crowd. The menu is limited, but the dishes are good. There are a few soups, and a few curries, but the best are the fried fish dishes, which all of us enjoyed, even the kids.
Pathetic food
The food was not only tasteless as leather, it also made us sick. 4 of us were bloated for hours :)The waiters and service was good but the food was unacceptable, i havent tasted anything worse in my life in a restaurant except here.
Cosy place with limited space, but good food.
This place is only for those who can handle authentic tastes...the fish was excellent but would never try their dumplings again
Its ok
Excellent food
Tiger Temple is our once a month (at least) stop to enjoy the mouthwatering Thai cuisine. Our regulars are chicken and basil dumplings, green curry, Pad Thai and Pad ki Mao. The soups are too good.
The food was horrible, they have lost their charm and customer centricity. I was extremely disappointed as all the times that I have been there the food has been exquisite. Not worth the exorbitant prices.
Dumplings were delicious, noodles were tasty. Can’t complain. Serving size was generous.
It used to be better. The flavors are not authentic anymore. They are using local ingredients to substitute the Thai ones.
Excellent food. Try the lime fish and drunken noodles with ginger beer
The pad thai and the tamarind fish, definitely worth a try!
Loved the food and Brazilian Lemonade was the best thing .. Though tried only few things
Love to spend time and eat food on this spot ... Great services food and everything
The food was amazing, the serving amount was perfect. The time from order till the food was on our table was excellent as well. Would definitely visit again.
Amazing food. Tried the tamarind fish, pad Thai, and green curry. Everything was really good. Highly recommend this place!
Very disappointing. Tasteless food. The dinnerware is triangular and the wait staff indifferent
Food wasn’t good especially in relation to the high price. That’s why the place is always empty even on a Friday night.
Everything EXCEPT the food was excellent. The food was not tasty and not as one would expect it to be considering the menu.
Horrible experience starting from the time we entered, given there were 4 empty tables yet all had dirty dishes on them that looked like they had been sitting there for a while and nobody came to clear them out to accommodate us for good 10 minutes. When I finally asked them, they lazily did the job and left the table with a pungent smell. I thought that was the worst of it but when the food finally arrived, that was the worst part! The fried rice looked more like khicchdi and the white rice served with the gravy entree was basmati (thai cuisine uses jasmine rice) and that rice was terrible, it was dry and looked/tasted old. I had been here a couple times before about a year ago and I remembered it being much nicer than it is now. Very bad job at keeping up with the standards.
Best dumplings and pad Thai in town. Clean. Super fast home delivery too
Best Thai food in ISB, hands down. Not reluctant to experiment, which automatically pushes them to the top of my culinary list.
A good local Thai food spot. Everything is done with passion and you can feel it all around you. The fish is divine.
Unique food with great taste, comfortable environment, good service.
Well located, nice restaurant. Good service. Food quality average. Everything else including crowd is good.
Had a pathetic soup
I like almost all of their dishes but their only drawback is the limited choice of menu. To think their speciality is Thai but they dont serve tom yum. If you like seafood then do try their lime fish and prawns with tamarind. Do let me know if you liked it too
Just ok. Love Ginger Beer
Good place. Serves Thai food, nice ambiance and taste was good. Quantity and quality of the food was fine. Value for money.
Decent food. Spicy. Great if you love Thai
A Thai Restaurant at Beverly, Islamabad offering wonderful foods that meets the palate of vegetarian as well as non Vegetarian. Served by well trained staff members. I loved the Buddhas hanging on the wall.
Its really awesome place.I would like again and again to go there.Dinner was also too much good.
Restaurant with beautiful and attractive interior decor. Clean and food looks hygienic. Perfect for Chinese and Thai food
Great food, great service!!highly recommended
Used to be a great place. Wasnt so much the day before Eid. Food wasnt great either.
The best Thai food in town so far.Lemon fish and Pad-Thai is worth trying. I enjoyed every bit of the restaurant.
Too good. A peaceful place for dining.
Food is good, place is not
Finally a place with bright lights so I can actually see my food presentation lol. I recommended there tom yum soup. It was delicious
Tiger temple is a small cosy Thai food restaurant. Located at service road of Jinnah Avenue Blue Area.Soups are my favourite to start. Tom Kha and Tom Yum both are good.Nam prik pao chicken is tasty.Price is on higher side but service ambience and food is worth spending the money.
Taste is good. I ordered tamarind fish and it was quite yummy...
Great food
Great place. Amazing food. Value for money
Coconut curry was amazing.
Very nice food. Almost everything was good. Ambience is also pretty good
