Outdoor Gym is a part of DHA Family Park and is accessible from inside the park only. Its a very basic gym with a few machines and gym apparatus that is mostly fixed. A good facility for a limited workout after a walk, however, the area needs to made dust free. Currently, there are no tiles or grass on the floor and the area is too dusty.

The swings for kids are good but since the floor is muddy.. not much trees due to recent plantation. Walking track is not concrete which is better for light jogging but its dusty.

Very good for a walk with family

It is an ok place, for you to bring your children and family, but please dont leave children unsupervised as it might not be safe enough as it does not have ample security. Its safe for even single ladies, has good environment, 2 cafes/dhabbas. Has a climbing wall as which is operative sometimes. Gym n playing place is too small and always filled so of no use to everyone.

The family park is a great outdoors activity park for families it has jogging track, basketball court,open gym,wall climbing,and many more I recommend visiting it.

Having Work out in natural environment is next level of diversion.

Needs improvement

Dha is not looking after the feedback...a very bad experience... I am living since 5 years and complained number of times regarding swings as I have a very bad experience with my daughter. The swings were two dangerous and made of metal what happened with my daughter you can find it in pictures. She got 4 stitches and thanks to almighty Allah , her eye not effected.

Very nice paek with lot of things to do. Walking track, open gym, tennis court, basket ball court, wall climbing club and a little tuck shop for a juice on a hot day or a cup soup on cold evening.

Free, with a pull up bar, sit-up bench, parallel bars, a monkey bar, and a few other equipment. You can ask for dumbbell and weights as well
