What a place, amazingly beautiful, right adjacent to Margalla hills it is a place which is always been my favorite. Beautiful neat & clean with no noise at all. It is so calm.It only offers accomodation to PAF Or army/navy officers. Restrictions are there for civilians due to the security reasons.

Very nice place for sports, food and overall to hand out. The events like archery, star watching and wall climbing that occasionally happen are great.

A must visit place but it is in restricted area and one need to become some officers guest to visit this lovely place. The approach is a bit steep and it is recommended to go up in the car instead of walk

A serene place with a vantage point to Faisal mosque and F9 park. A place in Islamabad you can call in love with.

The structure itself is quite beautiful, however there is not much to do inside the sheltered area. There is a tea bar. Apart from that the view is magnificent on both sides and shows both sides of the city.

One of the best officers mess among all the bases. it has bee going through this renovation for the past year. the rooms are way better now and are very comfortable. the mess has an awsome view. the worst thing here is the food menu from the mess kitchen which is not appetizing at all.

Present right at the Base of the Margalla Hills. This Mess offers mind-blowing views of Islamabad and the Faisal Mosque by the Hills. Also the rooms here are pretty decent and cheap.

Every curry tastes exactly same, just like corporate companies cafes. no consideration towards: warmth in bread/chapati, cooling of beverages/water, high temperature of curry, pre-heated plates.. nothing..

Base of margalla lush green

What a beautiful infrastructure made by one of the Armed forces (PAF), especially at such elevation. The food quality, walking/ jogging tracks, beautification, scenery and view of margalla hills and faisal mosque, all superb. A must to visit place!!!
