I have given it a score of 1 only because sometimes i have been lucky enough to receive my food.Bad experiences with the app:1- My order has been cancelled once after 20mins of placing the order and all i got was a notification that my order had been cancelled, followed by an automated apology e-mail.2- When i asked the customer service via chat he replied that the resturant had cancelled my order for technical reason please place another order, on requesting upon getting a contact for the complain department there was no reply but excuses, even after insisting i was left with no contact details of complain department.3- I had placed another order at mc donalds which amazingly got cancelled again and upon contacting the customer service via chat the reply was the same that the order had been cancelled due to technical reasons.The app owner really needs to learn:1- customers are his business.2- resturants should be dealt strictly under conditions including delivery time food quality and all.3- needs to work on data base and show the resturants which are currently open rather than the customer scrolling down 20resturants and finding one open.4- resturants which do not comply with the conditions should be removed for the betterment of the apps business.5- learn what hospitality means cauz i think the owner has no idea that this is hospitality business, i guess he might be just an it guy who has coppied the idea of uber eats.5- learn something about dealing with customers from careem app.Thanks

They should close their services, i was away from home and wanted to send some fastfood but their payment method i.e dr card and credit card not supported they should intigrate it with easy paisa if they cant handle debit cards whereas they stored my info as well i dont know whats the security risk now.
