They are gradually shifting to proton. Services charges are very high as compared with open market.

Rates are almost double than market. Need to realign with market. Customer satisfaction is fundamental thing.

I visited Ittehad Motors in connection with booking of Proton X70. An extremely courteous and thoroughly professional staff, especially Regional manager Mr Naeem Rafique and Sales executive Abdul Wahid Kakar under the dynamic leadership of their CEO, they were amazingly helpful. They ensured that we are aware of all specs of the vehicle before we make any decision.Although the setup is primitive and smallish at the moment but looking at their passion and enthusiasm, sky is the limit for this team.I wish them and their product a great success. By booking a premium CBU I have joined their Proton family.
