Visiting this state of the art & absolutely first rate Public Facilitation Center has been an amazing experience.A people friendly, virtually paper free outfit manned by courteous and decent staff.My deepest appreciation for the district management.It surely has given a new face to Islamabad Police.

This departments construction has finished recently. Therefore as can been seen the furniture, the building, and Everything is new and cool. The staff is very cooperative and professional. Token system is implemented like in Nadra office. I got my Police Character certificate from there.

Amazing Experience!Its a very good initiative and I hope all government departments are digitalized in Pakistan one day.

They have time till 10 PM for this service. I am here at 5:40 PM and they say it closed. I wish they can improve the punctuality.

Came here for vehicle registration, was amazed at how clean the premises is, I hope it remains this way, the staff is friendly and professional, though they should have some basic facilities in-house like photocopiers since it’s a public facilitation Centre after all. Now since they don’t have this make sure you have copies of the documents before coming here otherwise you will be going out again resulting and wasting time.
