This outlet needs lot of renovation and should change their oven as well...seeing its cleanliness condition it doesnt seems to be a gloria jeans outlet and donut was not fresh n was smelly although they change that with brownie thats their good gesture

Gloria jeans is one of the best coffee store. Especially their brown bread grilled sandwiches are an addition to other good quality products. Highly recommended place

Branding is good but the price should match the taste and quality of the product ... in my opinion one does not get the value for money which one pays

Best place for a coffee. Great coffee nice quiet relaxing atmosphere.

One of the better places in Islamabad. Specifically because I came to know the staff well and they look after me. Thats the way to go in Pakistan. You find some place you like then better if your tip the staff well. It will improve your experience every time you visit. $2 tip will get you ways in Pakistan.

I came from the UK and I didnt know the 10pm rule that has just been put in place me and my friend were seated outside the manager then signaled the worker to come outside I was under the impression that he was about to take our order to my surprise he said that we were not allowed to be sit on the chairs because of the 10pm rule we happily obliged I then put an order in with the same worker I waited outside patiently in the rain for my order for 30 minutes I walked in and asked how long it was for my order to which the manager replied what would you like I said I have already placed my order he said we havent maid it absolutely shocking service the whole team was sitting on the sofas watching the cricket absolutely disgusted

This is a good hangout place in a market that is stuffed with 4-5 good hangout places. Their cold coffee, Creme Brulee, is always a good bet. The atmosphere is calm and easygoing, with good service and staff. Nothing to write home about but a decent and reliable place to keep going back to.

Its cozy its dark ️ its romantic

I found this branch is pathatic in taste and freshness. Cheese cake was like you eating yogurt bubble you can see in pictures and about red velvet cream is smelly and salty and then staff said ok change something guess because we already paid then we take brownie and its like in taste we take from small street bakery. This is my experience in GJ islamabad Pakistan.

Worst ever experience some time ago1)Their oven was not working properly so they took more than an hour to serve.2)We were short on time so we asked them to cancel our order but they refused to return our money.3) Taste wise also quite disappointing.4)Not sufficient seating arrangement, very hard to get seats. Had to sit in smoking areaChances of visiting again:0.00

One day My Friend came and he suggest me to go there ...... We both went.It is situated in a peaceful place in F7 .... As we reached,I saw a wonderful environment there..... After 10 mins wait order came in our table... There was outdoor,indoor,and terraced table available.... THE COFFEE and the desert was very very awesome and fabulous.I couldnt control myself and I ordered twice ....The price is faintly high .... Enjoyed alot there... I was found of Gloria Jeans 7 years back but now i can feel a great difference to their services , i hope and say good luck for their future improvements and come back. I hate some time when there coffee get bitter but the taste of cold stuff is always the best specially lemon tart

Greenery outside, clean and calm place to have a conversation, and off course dont forget to enjoy a coffee and Lava cake with beautiful weather in Islamabad.

I have personally visited their kitchen and storage room and found the whole process to be very hygienic and clean. There is a lot of sitting space with good family environment and facilities. Parking is also adequate.

The place offers good coffee and dessert options. Their coffee is really good and desserts are delicious. Service quality is impressively good. The eatery has good seating options too, both indoors and outdoors with good view. You can even sit in balcony and enjoy their coffee. Highly recommended.

I absolutely love this location of Gloria Jeans. Try have both indoor and outdoor seating, giving one an option. The ambiance is cozy, the food amazing, the seating is comfy, the only thing amiss is their service. My favorite spot is up on the balcony, so dont be hocked if you feel as If they have forgotten to serve you. On the whole it is an amazing place to hangout.

Washroom was very dirty, when you are paying this much for a so so coffee then atleast a good atmosphere should be provided.

One of the best atmosphere any Gloria Jeans outlet can offer in Islamabad. They have indoor sitting and spacious outdoor sitting with an option to sit on the top balcony as well.

A good desert option with best coffee. Centeral place of F-7 in islamabad. Expensive but good deals and and taste. A small park is attached with this place. Howdys and BLT is alongside. Better option to have a light eatery.sandwiches are also available.

The coffee is simply great. I always enjoy the Blueberry shake. Sandwiches are also appetizing and they serve in good portions which can be easily shared by two persons.

I love aroma of coffee in cafes, hence on a rainy or cool winter day or night nothing beats hot coffee mug with your favourite walnut brownie or carrot cake at a coffee shop , staff is courteous, prices are fine , and the quality is good, ample space for seating , cappuccino and Latte are more in demand though dark coffee or bitter coffee are equally good but for strong hearted ones.

Offical get together today at Gloria Jeans F-7.All went very good.Ordered Chocolate Fudge,Red Velvet, Blue Berry Cheese Cakes alongwith Hot Chocolate Mocha Caramelatte and Peanut Cookies.Items were good in quantity and quality.Time was 11pm and it wasnt much messy and crowded.A good place to spend quality time with friends.Damage to pocket was enough to bear.Will visit again soon
