I did not get a good vibe from this organisation. I was called in for an interview for the position of Senior Research Officer. The HR the workforce was unprofessional. For a single job position, there were over 8-10 candidates. The panel consisted of two women and one person from HR. The panelist never bothered to introduce himself. For each interview, they spent 4-5 minutes with the candidate. In my case, they did not ask any questions relevant to the advertised position. The office had a lovely structure but unprofessional behavior. The HR department never bothered to express the result of the interview. It is sad to see how these organisations have such experienced leadership, but there is also no application of basic ethics. The interviews were conducted, in my opinion, to satisfy a donor or tick a box!Not recommended!

PCP offers certification to the Not-for-Profit sector organisations, which helps obtaining tax exemptions. An entity continuously striving for improvement of outlook of not for profit sector by evaluating and certifying NPOs. With the change of tax rules, their certification has become less valuable as tax authorities require comprehensive filing and doesnt offer much room for exemption
