I have to say the stuff of cleaning was very nice and they kept clean the embassy very good

Very slow process of applications. Staff not cooperating with Applicants.. more formalities than Work. Should increase staff and bring better management.Secondly timings are not correct. No public services on Saturday and Sunday, so why its written 24 hours open.?

In my opinion very well organised Embassy the only issue I faced is the documents sequence on Embassy website is not updated as per the current requirements that’s why lots of people could face hurdles.Embassy staff is very attentive and co operate accordingly to situational awareness. After submission of documents they will give invoice for visa processing which can only be deposit in diplomatic Enclave Branch and passport will deliver by Amex.

Hi I had applied for appointment in May and in March it will be 10 months to applied for appointment. I already defered my semester 2 times due to this sick appointment system. Still there is no chances to get appointment for this summer. Is this how student going to study here??? Who the hell dealing with this irresponsible embassy??? So much disappointed..

Very disappointed by the embassys zero Goodwill policy for incoming students. I missed 1 year of my masters studies already. Paid a handsome amount to get enrolled and then this.

If every Pakistani knows one foreign diplomat here in Islamabad, he is Martin Kobler. What a great human he is. Loved meeting him and First Secretary Christine Rosenberger.

Good service is being given. Entry at the venue is restricted. No nearby entertainment/refreshment facility. You cant take your personal vehicle here.

Very disappointed...! because they are taking alot of time for appointments, inquiries and in visa issuance. The embassy should take serious steps to make the service better.

If you are visiting there for visa purpose you must get shuttle service from university and and you must pay 1000 for shuttle service.if you have reference or any other links in foreign ministry or diplomatic enclave you can enter at your own vehicle.and its my advice to bring some food if you are coming from different cities or different districts because there is no food facilities even not any super store which you can buy some food fresh juices etc

Embassy is like jail, youve to take your belt off to enter, Rude staff at entrance, if your appointment is 9AM, your turn will come around 2:30pm, if you are 5 minuets late from your appointment time, they will not let you enter, so come prepared for that. Martin Kobler should focus on solving these issues instead of advertising himself on social media.

Less information available on website ,walk in queries are not acceptable, Emails they never reply , very poor service, telephone numbers on website remain always busy no waiting service on telephone, very non professional service . waiting for email from one week, as usual no reply.. strongly condemn and protest to german foreign office to take step against these kind of issues ..

No student visa appointments at all, i have been looking for it over 5 months. never got one and The classes in the uni has already begun and yet no sign of appointment to apply and there will be processing time to. unbelievable, they are playing with our future all the effort and money we spent seems to go in vain and also our current year, where we were supposed to be there now. ridiculous system where no one answers a call and no one replys your email. must need to report it to higher authorities at Berlin.

Waiting for appointment for almost 8 months

Pathetic visa management. Open another embassy in KPK or increase your staff to make sure study appointments are better managed. Hundreds of students cant get an appointment with acceptance letter in hand. This is very sad.

Rude stuff, no care for infants, wastes a lot of time during processing, call service as well as email reply is extremely poor.

Hello I am living in Germany last 30 years and I was there for visa my mother but Pakistani staff is very proudly and and Arrogant and very bad Embassy system They are playing with people and 10 person Apply they give just 2 person visa and only 18% get visa In Embassy not outside drinking water in Frankfurt airport U can drink a water free natural water Excellent Embassy system 60€ each person 50 Refusal wowww Good earning system where is German staff in Embassy no one German Embassy in Pakistan and feeling and system Pakistani where is Embassder always trip around Pakistan cities and I will tell everything now German foreign ministry in Berlin check out and Auswirtamt in Berlin very bad and poor Embassy in the world and people sitting there like Prisen and don’t waist your money time energy Germany to go it’s not more dream country more and better go to Canada Australia Just a business in German Embassy make a money and treatment very poor service lower and never ever go there

This is the most pathetic embassy i ever visited.. U have to wait for like hours even when u take appointment online.. Whats the use of this appointment system then?? And then there discourteous staff adds that extra anger to the system.. I dont know what their Embassador is doing.. :(
