Facilities are too good but they suck your blood. They will charge you for every tiny thing they pretend to be doing. They have the tendency of suggesting unnecessary maintenance work at times only to load your bills.Very Very Expensive services. If your car is not under warranty, look for other options.

Terrible service. I had taken my car to repair the bumper that was not aligned probably. Not only did they not repair it, they added more dents and the backlights are now protruding out above the bumper. I called the customer service and from the agreed price of Rs. 7,000, they asked for a price of Rs. 48,000. I would never recommend this place to anyone repairing their car.

Office timings start from 9 am. Customers take time out to visit the showroom. It is requested that please adhere to the timings. I have been waiting while parked outside a s there is not even a single person in the showroom who can assist me. Its 10 minutes apart 9 and I have been told that no one comes before 9:30. Please try to b punctual to save the time of ur customers. Its 5 minutes past 9:30 and still I am waiting. Everything is still closed here!!! Wake up guys. At 9:50 I managed to get into the parts shop and got what I wanted but then I was told that my misery is not over. The cashier was still absent so I paid the sorts shop and left without receipt.
Unprofessional car body repair staff. Other maintenance is also not done professionally. Highly unrecommended. One week after car repair is dine cause some noise. Complaint them and get the custody of the car for one week to fix this noise. But after handed over to me, same noise. Waste of time and money. I don’t know why honda don’t check and balance on it.

I think for Honda users its best place to go and get the vehicles looked after, in term of oil change, mechanical work as well as interior issues. The credit goes to Management who takes every step in resolving any issues pertaining to the above.
Altough I am permanant client of Honda Avenue but today it was a terrible experience. On website 0900 is opening time but practically it opened at 0930 today. Untill 9.47 no staff is here to help execept a few youngsters who are not authorised to check the car. Waiting for someone......also I made three calls prior to coming...nobody took the calls...will avoid Avenue in future...
Its a good place with good service overall. But there are some issues too.1. Parts appear to be genuine but too expensive.2. Some of the staff members are not well trained in their job.3. They filled windscreen washer contained with tape water. Due to very high minerals in it, it stained the bonnet.4. If u will take ur car for 40000km service, they will charge Rs 10200 just for inspection. Wheel alignment 3000, wheel balance 2000 and other charges are also too high. In addition, if any other problem is found, its charges are also too high, break pads of City for example, will cost more than 10000.Other charges see in photo.

The system at Honda Avenue, to get the car repaired, is streamlined. They seems to have qualified and experienced staff to carry out repairs. It gives peace of mind that repair work is done by experts, and no other nuts and bolts will be loosened to enforce you to visit them again and again.
Last 3 time I will complain for AC paip and still wait for responding from honda centre.. They always says me for solving issue but not respond and does not even a single call me for solving problem...

Overrated. The staff is mostly quite unprofessional. I went with a friend who wanted his loyalty points added to his honda issued card but they wont. And they wont show him any official notification of it discontinued either. We had to ultimately go to the higher management to sort it out

Capacity of workshop is enough to make your work quickly, staff is cooperative and they do start the work as soon as they can, In comparison with some other workshop whom just make your car entered then you would have to wait lot more then your work time, thus for Honda Users pay a visit at least once so that you can believe a place worth of payment and work standard along with it as per my experience warranty work is also done on priority basis not like others whom just give you date by date.

I went there for my 10k free maintenance for my BRV, which I bought from the same place. The manual says 10000 hours or 6 months, which ever is earlier. Though my meter clocked only 6k, I reported there in 7th month, i.e late by 1 month. The receptionist said that the free service cannot be claimed on an expired coupen and prepared an estimate of 12.5k, just for routine 10000hrs inspection. A TOTAL RIPP OFF. i went to another honda centre (wont name that here) and got my inspection free of cost. They just charged me 5k for oil and filter cost.Avenue is located on a busy road where visitors can afford paying whatever they ask. The staff is using this as their strength to ask for exorbitant prices.My purchase of new car went well. Their customer service is good as the staff is courteous. Waiting rooms are spacious and normally cleaned and comfortable.
It was not good experience. Even after getting appointment no one checked my car and finally after spending around 40 minutes I had to rush back to office with rectification of fault. You got to have some reference to get your car checked up as I noticed that cars coming after me left before me as they were accompanied by their references.
Even though when I had booked a maintenance appointment 3 days ago, they were unable to manage the appointments. The cars which came later were entertained directly to the repair pits. Me and another guy stood their for a good 20 mins for our turn. So much for appointments.

Not Recommended dealership for new booking. They provide misleading information and they dont bother to contact back after receiving booking. They told me that I will have to make full payment before 30 days of arrival date and will let me know about that. The price was revised and they did not bothered to make a single call for full payment. Upon contacting they changed statement and told me that I was supposed to make full payment 45 days before delivery date (Which was not even communicated). Because of their negligence I had to pay 65K extra just for 4 days late payment. Better go for Honda Center they dont lie to get bookings.

Very nice staff especially the body shop at top floor. Mr. Zaki the floor manager is an awesome human being with a smile on his face all the time when he greets and talk to the clients. Very coorporative and hes up to the task no matter what.

Great experience and very professional staff. Takes a 1 hour to 1 hour and 15 minutes to get periodic maintenance done. They have a a good customer lounge. But I recommend to try getting there around 9am so its quicker to get your turn for servicing. It gets busy in the afternoon!
I have bad experience. They did denting painting work of my city and retain car one week. They replace my two new Alloy rim with defective Alloy rim. And some denting signs on my clean diggy.

Quality repair is not possible if you dont get yourself engaged with them. Continuous follow up required for scheduled delivery of the car as they wont keep you updated...
