This place is large shopping area which is open only on specific days such as Sunday every week. It is the most attractive place to buy fruits, vegetables, groceries, clothes warm stuff, curtains, carpet, electric items, as well as many other products. There is an area specifically designed to buy used stuff such as clothes, shoes, bedding, curtains, carpet and other accessories to be used in home. The price is very cheap as compared to the local market. This is specifically very helpful for local residents who come here to buy weekly or monthly groceries including fruit and vegetables. You may get your desired items after a brief visit of the Sunday market. Preferably one should go early in the morning to avoid rush and heat in the market. There is parking lot available as well.

Last but not least on the endless things to do in Islamabad is shopping at the Sunday market. Teeming with a grand assortment of cheap second-hand goods, fresh fruits and vegetables, and odds and ends the market opens its doors on Sundays as well as on Tuesdays and Fridays. Islamabad is a gorgeous city with a diverse array of interesting places to visit and food to savor, and venturing to Pakistan’s heartland will leave with you with very fond memories.

Review №41

Its a good experience to visit Sunday market every week as the bazaar provides vegetables, fruits, meat, stationary, crockery, little bit of clothing and spices center for surrounding locations. In terms of options and fresh products, the bazaar does well. However there are too many encroachments and vendors outside shops too, which makes it very crowded. Moreover the cleanliness level is very low, and there is a sideby nullaah which often effuse bad smell. The meat area is also not good. But despite all these issues, its the better option because yiu get to purchase cheap and relatively fresh vegetables and fruits

Very perfect Sunday bazzar for peoples of Islamabad, here you can buy dailyveges vegetable, fruits, meat and many more daily routine products at very reasonable and under one area... the managemant is so brilliant, that every category of materials is well separated streets, little but issue of car parking... but that was also solved by huge parking of Save Marts parking...but nowadays it is sealed due to some taxation issues...hope will sort out soon.

A good place to do weekly groceries. Though, prices are fixed but in the evenings usually vendors left few items and they are willing to sell lower than the day price/fixed by the price committee. If you are going by car it is too crowedy , so better to park near Melody or Aabpara markets to walk and get the things done easily.
