I have an account in this bank since 2017.Ive never been offered a glass of water here despite of mentioning my profession.All they care about is money.

Location is behind PSO petrol station, building is quite good with Wheel chair access, one of the spacious UBL bank branch. Staff is averaged rated.They need to segregate the services, for example designate a counter for utility bills payment, cheque clearance or deposits etc. too much load on cashiers which leads to poor customer experience. ATM machine is latest and quick, rarely had the complaint regarding cash unavailability.The good thing is office staff is helpful and try as much as they could. Enough sitting and waiting space. Drinking water is available.

The location of the UBL bank in the Google Maps is not 100% accurate. It will take you to the back side of the bank building, the UBL authorities must update the map so that the public reach right in front of the bank, i request UBL to please update the Google map location as earliest as possible. Thanks

I wish the lowest rating were 0, so that i could rate them that. The worst UBL branch in Islamabad. A couple of them have serious attitude problem, they are very rude. Manager is good though but he isnt the one you would be dealing with.NOTE: DONT EVER GO TO THIS BRANCH TO GET UR WESTERN UNION MONEY.

Not too good not too bad. some staff members are like never talk to them ever in life again. some are very much supportive.

This is a very old branch. Staff and service is good. Most of things are computerized. Almost all the utility bills including water charhes and property tax of CDA can be deposited here.

Great bank with power mangment staff take hours to refill the atm!!!!!

This UBL Branch is one of those few banks who offer quality service to their customers and the staff members are very obedient and efficient with their duties and the Manager is a very nice person.
