They deactivated my account and now not reactivating it. i have submitted my application and they are not responding... and my money is stuck

Poor service; went to open a new bank account and I had to visit back again because the Bank representative forgot to complete some essential documentation. Further, they were supposed to email me details of their new product which were not send as committed by them.
