Very bad service. Didn’t give any information on phone or website what was needed for Emirates flight corona test. Arrived told me needed passport, Id card, flight ticket. Has no photocopier to copy anything. Place was dirty not sure what kind of health testing was being done. They didn’t have enough staff. A guard was sitting outside well didn’t know anything. Recommend Emirates finds better lab. Ali medical, Islamabad diagnostic, etc all better options.

This is one of the most pathetic labs ever visited and present in the capital city Islambad. This is to add that Emirates is ripping its travellers through this lab for testing for covid 19. There is no mechanism or separate desk for Emirates travellers. Nonetheless the staff is not taking any protective measures against the covid. Emirates must take immediate action for its customers to save them form the poor quality services of this lab. Juju
