Nice place but a bit odd approach from Rawalpindi.

Posh area, a bit far away from Islamabad city, 40 mins drive. Gas and water are supplied by Bahria administration in monthly charges of around 4 to 5 thousand rupees including maintenance and sanitation charges. Property cost us also not affordable by middle class people

Bahria Enclave is housing project of Bahria Town situated in Islamabad, 9 km from Park Road/Shahzad Town. A beautiful designed society with all basic needs with excellent natural beauty. Wide roads, well planned designed houses with one elevation in each sector give good looking. No load shedding as alternate arrangement is available through generators. Cost of living is however high as fixed charges are high side as well as construction cost is on high side due to its sops. Sui gas new connections have been stopped since 2015 due to its cancelled NOC bus CDA. With all such hurdles an excellent living is however a available.

Place is very good but a very long distance about 10 km from park road

The staff is lethargic. They dont listen to your complaints fully. You have to go to their complaint office again and again.
