One of the oldest gym in Islamabad in I8 Markaz since 2005. Very old school type of gym. The owner is a former International bodybuilder, and has won many awards. old school gym if you like the old type of gyms.

Best place to waist your money. Coaching = null. If you are a regular member their trainers are not going to provide you any assistance (unit you pay them for special training) means in 2500 you just go their do your workout on your own and thats it if you ask their trainer thrice sir what should I do today they be like app ko pata huna chaheye. I would recommend you to not go in their.

More expensive than the provision of quality/facilities. We now have some new, better and economical options in the markaz too.

How muxh for day pass for student?

I have been member of life style gym since last couple of week. I found it a good fitness centre for fitness. The staff is friendly and they also provide personal training. I am on personal training from this month and so far I will rate 4 out of 5 for their training. The trainer is busy with 3 4 person on personal training at a time which make it a little difcult to get full attention from them. They have changing room so you can change there if you are coming directly from your workplace. There charges are $30 per month and one time $30 admission fee.

Excellent environment, training, cleanliness, weights and machines are in excellent condition and balanced.Very good specially professional builders as well.

Pathetic gym i have ever been to. The staff is rude and arrogant. They have no manners on how to talk with the clients. I would not even go there even if its free(although they charge you quite a bit).There are many other cheap and better options available in i8 and surroundings

If youre looking for a cheap old school kind of a gym; this is it. It might not be very spacious but has sufficient equipment and is nest for a lot of hard-core gym goers. Bear in mind that during rush hours it gets very crowded and hot especially during the summers. The air-conditioning is mostly just for show, Ive rarely seen it turned on.
