They are eager to help and will to take time with you. Also they understand what you are striving for and they WILL get you there and further, while having fun. The classes are intense for every level athlete, and you will love the diverse workout combinations.Equipment are enough that each person can try whatever they want and the fee is very affordable. An indvidual can see the results after a month. Recommended

Fitness zone is the most amazing gym I have ever visited in my life. they are extremely professional. And have intense experience in their field. There packages are amazing. Environment is pleasing and motivational.Quality training, state of the art equipment and best trainers. They not only train you but educate you how to be fit and healthy.

I really like the gym and the flexibility to go whenever I want. In pandemic they are taking safety precautions and following social distancing.No parking issues. Its the best gym with all of the equipments. New machines are installed for cardio and lifting,always clean and hygienic .Staff is really friendly and you can hire a trainer and can participate in competition. Best of luck you all.

Well I started doing workout in this Gym since the beginning ( almost a year and a half ).I took personal Training from THE NAK himself and It was one of the best Experiences I have had ( still continuing) I have been to other trainers but he creates a Difference himself being a Gym Freak.Here results Matter, you are told the reality apart from the trainers doing business with the clients lingering them for a lot of time having their hands in their pockets.The Gym packages are quite reasonable especially Training fee as compared to the other gyms of Islamabad.

Best gym and trainer Noman ali khan bhai i was his student since 8 years back in 2015 i took regular training and followed the diet plan provided by noman bhai i was 90kg and after 9 months training with alot of cheat days i lost 15 kgs and my body and face look was completly different with alot of confidence i wish i become regular student again noman bhai is very sincere and passionate to his work, highly recommend his gym and training, and yeah dont forget to follow his guidance regarding work and diet...!!!

I have used this gym personally. Noman is very professional. I started my gym life from very beginning with zero knowledge about diet and gym and Noman had taught me and helped me ever since and then there is no turning point after that. I now have moved outside of Pakistan but whenever i visit homeland i continue going to Noman during my stay.
