The best gym in Islamabad.The cleanest gym I have seen in 2 years in Islamabad. It is well-equipped, the clientele are hygiene conscious & well mannered, and the staff are polite and respectful.

My experience at Iron Lodge gym has been very pleasant and productive. The environment is gender friendly, clean and hygienic. They keep all the necessary precautions for covid-19. The trainers are very punctual and skilled. I enjoy my entire time at the gym. Whenever I need any help with the machines and procedures I am guided. Perhaps they need to have proper air conditioning which will keep the atmosphere more pleasant and cool.

I love this gym. Has good quality equipments, excellent coach and good environment for both Male and Female. Separate timings for female from 9 am to 4 PM. Men can exercise in the morning from 7 am to 9 am and from 4 PM to 12 PM.

Arrogant staff and owner. They dont know how to talk to a customer. Making their own rules and regulations for their personal ease.I have paid the fees.. i am not responsible for writing my attendance by searching my name in a register. Its the responsibility of the staff. If they cant do it.. please install a finger print device so it does not waste time of the customers.

The instructors are extremely knowledgeable. Highly motivated and awesome people to be around. I’ve never been in a gym with a better vibe.
