Now this is not a martial art club, martial art club shift to the opposite plaza no 146 civic central Bahria islamabad this place is only dedicated to Gym.Very good gym with new and well-maintained equipment. The area is less so it gets crowded in the evenings. Furthermore than half the machines in the gym dont come in pairs so prepare for extended waiting times to get to use one. Instructors and gym service people hog the machines as well.

I walked there.I really like the gym its environment also all instructors are very experienced and brilliant. It’s owner Grand master Raja khalid is also expert in his field. I recommend everyone to go there u gonna love it.
