Congested area. Getting out after shopping is difficult due to traffic jams. Staff is not aware of layout and cannot guide properly. Lift does not go till parking which is a problem. A lot of people at exit which is disturbing. Toilet only in lower basement and very very filthy. Some staff said that there are toilets on 1st floor but majority guided to staff toilet in lower basement Prices are good but one has to accept a lot of headache to come to this store

Very beautiful decorated store for everyday shopping for famlies and readily availability made life of people living in and across gulberg territory.The main issue is small parking for vehicles as in evening a huge number of vehicles used to park here. People have to wait there in lines for long time.Otherwise everything related to groceries being available there.

Its a congested place with parking issues with ill mannered and rude staff, further the roads towards it arent good enough. In the store the things are at a bit discounted rates but honestly speaking these discounts dont worth going there. Not recommended.

Very little pace between aisles making place congested. Lacks variety of brands of single item. Karachi people can buy arhar daal here which is not available in Islamabad. Poor parking space. Corona SOPs not enforced.
