I had my first experience in this store on my Pakistan visit last month I don’t like the parking style first of all that is not proper and not marked nicely second entry to store is little difficult and small third layout of shelves are not well marked where you can find things easily fourth there are not enough room between the shelves to move with your shopping cart fifth staff on floor are not very courteous and helpful sixth shelves are very high and over the shelves there are huge pallets are being placed which was surprising me as this is against the health and safety of the shoppers if anything happened it can cause causality very easily it should look like a departmental stores not a warehouse 8th over priced and inferior quality products tenth again no eye contact or courtesy of till staff eleventh exit is very small no tag technology is introduced you have to wait on long queues for security checkout which also feel that you are theives these are the only few I spotted in my first visit I don’t know if I will visit this place again or not even don’t like trolleys stand I think if management of this store will take care of these small things they improve the standard of store and customer will do shopping more comfortably thanks

Good one stop utility. Its recommended to shop in early hours of day as the stocks tend to fall in the evening and most of the common items are out of stock. Overall a good place and good services.

In metro u can find all u need. It has a spacious parking, more than 10 cash terminals and cooperative staff. The prices are however a bit high compared to local markets. Still its a great store where u can find everything which a household needs under one roof.

Excellent shopping store. You can find from groceries , electronic home appliances ,ready-made ladies and gents dresses meat, fish, fresh vegetables and fruits. Items to protect against Covid 19 are also available at very reasonable rates. Free car parking is an added attraction.

Huge store but prices of most of the commodities are higher than normal. But has lot of variety. Bakery is worth testing. Meat shop is good and a bit cheaper. If you want to shop under one roof then i think this is only place in Islamabad/Rawalpindi

One of the Pakistans biggest supermarket-store. It started its operations in Pakistan in 2007 and was an instant success. Currently, they have 9 wholesale centers located in Islamabad, Lahore, Faisalabad, and Karachi. The Islamabad store has grown tremendously in terms of its products offering and customers base. While its good to see that aisles are equipped with human helpers, I still looking forward to see how they can improve the display pricing. For both retail and business customers, the prices, discounts and offer are key drivers of purchase decisions.

Its good but something are not good price

Always a pleasure coming here.In the days of cramped Imitiazes and crowded Al-Fatahs, Metro provides enough space to drive a car around in the aisles.Granted, you dont get as much variety here as other smaller stores, but the sheer amount of stuff here just overwhelms the competition.The staff is always helpful (albeit sometimes clueless) and you reach the cashier at the counter after a max of two people.Always recommended.

Well, this place is a good facility for bulk shopping purposes. However, there must be conveyer belts or a caddy car for visitors only who just go for a window shopping for the first time and are mostly from other cities. Aoso the placr needs to have a play area for children.. Other than that the place is good. Also they need to enhance their counters with efficient staff and quick service.

Recently after opening of Imtiaz Mega near gulberg interchange at islamabad expressway and experiencing their mis-management, quite short space and bad infrastructure, I really started loving Metro now. The only best cash and carry in twin cities with all you need.

It is a good store however the staff is just terrible and when I say staff I point towards the people training this staff. Pathetic customer service. Their cashiers often look lost at the till without realising how much to speed up the work based on how many people standing in line. Customer Experience is on top of everything no matter how cheap or low your prices are.

Metro is the ultimate shopping experience in Islamabad. There are so many new super stores around like Madina Cash and Carry, punjab Cash and Carry, imtiaz, Best price, hyper star.... Nothing comes close to metro for sure....

Was impressed with the range of items thry had, went to buy tawa ( Rotti or Pancake Pan), some items were missing such as cctv cameras and limited variety of mobile phones but overall it was good place, one suggestion change ur receipts from electricity bills to normal receipts and save paper :)
