Went there for my UKTB test. The entire process took around an hour and a half from start to finish. Youre given a token number and you wait your turn for each counter. The certificates are handed to you after 3:00 PM.Overall, the experience was quite smooth and prompt. Highly satisfied !

As poor Service as it gets, rude and arrogant staff, with no manners, if I don’t have to, will never use this place again, try to avoid if you can or be prepared to be welcomed by ill mannered ignorant staff.....

Waste of time. Unprofessional :( I have try to call them on their Official number but no answer. Then i try to email them but no response. Then i visited their office. They again told me to email them then i will get response from them. After 4 days i got email. Totally Unprofessional People. They dont care about reviews or any complaint. They should care about the people. Zero Star review

Such a scam..online appointments dont work, call centre number directs to sending an email and website states 48 hrs i.e 2 working days response time which is not true...1 week passed and still no response...going in person to their office did not resolve anything either..The staff was rude and dont have any solution to offer. They have delibrately eliminated all kinds of human contact for the appointment process and none of their automated processes are working. Rip offs. Unfortunately there is no other alternative that is viable for international visa process. It needs new management.

I have been trying to get appointment from past 2 weeks for TB test which is required for TIER 4 uk student visa, no one is responding via email nor with call. i came from abbottabad to their office in islamabad to get an appointment , the receptionist was so rude and didnt bother even to listen me..As student am running out of time to apply for my UK visa really helpless.Shame on you IOM..

Had recently TB test and was given a certificate with result,but unfortunately didnt check the certificate properly for all the details shown on the certificate,came home found my passport id number was entered wrong, tried to contact the clinic by phone for two days but no answer,emailed and complained to imo.net but no reply from them either,now I have to go down to Islamabad clinic for correction, which will take me three hours out and three hours back.What a waist of time and disappointed with the clinic service and careless staff there and wish someone watch the staff working in the clinic and British coucilate should watch these things.

These people are scammers, I strongly suggest not to go there. I visited this place for medical examination for visa, and they declared me TB positive, and I didn’t trusted them straight away because I’m very healthy young man, so I went to do the same TB test in 5 different Libartry, including Jinah Hospital Islamabad and all the reports came negative. And when I brought all the report to them from another Libartery, they said my reports are fake. hahaI was always curious that why IOM make fake reports and declaring clients TB positive, as they don’t charged any farther fees from client when they put them on treatments for six months and keep taking more tests?than I come to realise that they may not take any further fees from client after declaring them TB positive and putting them on treatments but they take a huge amount of funds from IOM Headquarters Geneva, as they shows all those fake reports of client and there treatments records!

This people do fake reports just to get your money, don’t go there, if you want your health and money and time to be safe!

An extremely time consuming activity which is not only necessary and an important step towards getting your visa application approved .... The staff is helpful but there is no way to cater the delays owing the data entry jobs the doctors and technicians have to manage while doing there day to day jobs ... The facility itself was clean and well kept with dispensers and washroom available for applicants

Pathetic services, Typical Govt organization culture. I have applied visa for my mother in law and below is my experience with IOM:1. Only way you can book an appointment for medical is by emailing them, If you call them they dont pick it, if by chance they pick your call, they ask you to send email for appointment.2. If you email them, they respond you with an out of office notification to email them during business hours only. If you send email to them with all the details, they will reply you to provide same details in their email template.3. If you provide everything they asked you for, they will give you appointment after a long time. You have to wait for weeks to get your appointment.4. Staff in the clinic is NOT AT ALL COOPERATIVE. In our case my mother in law had a complication in her medical results, doctor has recommended that she should come for medical tests for three consequtive mornings and repeat same tests after three months again. I replied them asking if there is any alternate procedure we can do to avoid the gap of 3 months? and I got out of office notification of Eid Vacations (Which has already passed a month back). I replied them that please consider my email, and then again i recieved their reply asking for details to book an appointment. I had no where to go, no one to discuss my issues with!!!!5. We dont get a chance to talk and discuss our case with doctor unless we get another appointment. And to get an appointment I have to go back to the queue as I mentioned from point number 2For God Sake this is not the level of services customer desrve. I dont know why Immigration offices have aquired such pathetic and old fashioned medical service providers. I remember when I applied my Aussie visa from Dubai, I went to London clinic for medical and it was literally a fantastic experience.I have sent IOM team emails, Called them, tried my best to get clarity on our case from IOM and they are treating us like NOTHING!!!

Security staff specially at the entrance of 2nd floor medical TB test is very rude and unprofessional. I was even not allowed to stay with my parents to assist them. They charge huge money but service are very pathetic. Overall bad experience. Fazool time waiting no speedy services for UK TB test detection they go throug77h a simple X-Ray for which they charge almost 8k. Just looting people and you have to wait for almost 6 hours to take your result.

Pathetic staff.... literally gave my chest xray 6 times. worst place to visit.

So slow!!! No option for urgent work!!!
