I came to the PEC office at 1:30PM on 17-12-2019. Guards at main gate interrupted in entering and told that office is closed because working hours are from 9:00 am to 13:00 pm., while your website tells the closing time at 17:00 pm. After many requests the guard allowed to enter the building. At about 2:00 pm the office reopened and I contacted the respective officer for my personal work. If office hours are up to 17:00 pm it should be clearly mentioned at the main gate. I hope my suggestion will be duly entertained

Horrible organization with unprofessional and incompetent staff. They are ripping off poor engineers in the name of registration. Their registration process is highly inefficient. There is no time limit to process the application. It takes ages due to incompetent and lethargic people working there.

Bad and pathetic service, I did call their offices and sent a number of emails to address my issue that I didnt get my certificate and card despite that I have submit all the required documents and fees almost 1 year ago. But nobody bothers to reply an email or to pick the phone. We Engineersare not getting anything from you but the certificate after paying fees but even then their attitude is so bad. Highly Disappointed

This organization behaves as a typical governmental office where accountability is lacking. I am a life time member of the PEC and live in the U.S. I dropped by to get my registration card and that of my brother renewed and the cooperation from PEC was minimal. No one answers the phone, most of the people are impolite and getting a renewal seems to be a major proposition for these people. I would suggest firing at least half the people in this organization and getting accountability from the rest. I informed the operator that I tried calling various numbers of the PEC and no one answers their phone. The reply from the operator was that no one answers the phone, as a matter of rule, in this organization.
