Although we are striving hard to improve Pak postal system, behavior of staff, on time arrival is very important. I visited this place couple of time, staff came late as usual and one security guard was handling to all respective senior citizens unfortunately.

During rush time it appears that the facility / branch is understaffed , however the staff at the counter are trying to maintain the pace in order to cater all the customer ..... The main flaw is that there is no clear marking on some of the counter regarding the designated task they are to carryout .... Like during token submission , it wasnt clear which counter was handling token submission for smart card holders .....
