I went to the Beverly center Store today to buy a bag. To my surprise, the staff in the store had no clue about customer service. They neither greeted nor offered any assistance to me. The display was cluttered like a warehouse sale even though the items deserve a better display owing to their quality and price. I spent 5 minutes in the store and came out without buying anything. #poor customer service #poor branding#poor pop display

Location is no less than prefect. Its such a grey area to review such kinda place. The store is rather quite. Not a lot of people head out to buy leather. They do in fact have a vast variety of leather products ranging from keychains and wallets to belts, clutches, handbags, vanity boxes to name a few. Products are available at different price points. Price point spectrum lies within the affordability range as well. I strongly recommend this store and its products.

Lack of variety, uninterested and unmotivated employees and a rather bad selection for guys.I couldnt find a descent man purse for my needs. Oh well.Parking is plentiful and the access is great.Apparently, the sons of the original owner have split up the brand due to some internal issues. So, its tough to know which is which.
