Awful experience. Name was so badly engraved that it ruined the whole product and they refused to do anything about it. If you are selling a 100 rupee piece of leather for 5000 you ought to add some value to it.Editing based on the reply below.First of all the printing done is much different from the font displayed in your catalog. Note the variation in space between every letter. Secondly we were suggested to change our originally selected font by the staff.Your unwillingness to do anything about the mess up shows how much value you are adding to your product.

Their quality of leather is quite good. Only they need to have more designs of ladies wallets. Shoes are very outdated. Besides the shops interior needs to be redone. It has a very neglected look. Staff is courteous.
