Unprofessional to the extreme. They ask you to bring the appliance on our own for any service and then take it back as well. We specifically asked for thourough hood service and cleaning. After sometime a maintenance personel arrived and said that they do not perform such services at home premises and you have to arrange a pick up and take it to DHA and then take it back after maintenance work. My Ayaz the manager said explicitly krwana haito lay ayain wrna apki marzi. Call pa bkwas krdeeni thi ye pehlay bnda ko ghur ye btanay kaliye bheha tha?
