The person who has given their mobile number on google as a contact for Shaz Interiors, misbehaved on call because they werent picking up the call and once they picked up the call, they had the audacity to tell us that they had to put their other call on hold and we should have waited for them and were disturbing them by calling continuously for our query. Today they lost a customer with their rude behaviour. If youve given your mobile number publicly on Google, then expect people to call you and to attend to their queries instead of telling them you got disturbed. Absolutely unprofessional. Wont be visiting their store now or ever.

Poor customer service

A lot of mistakes, and facing several functional problems after some time. Use of unsuitable materials and joinery between different pieces is coming off. I wouldnt recommend.
