Quick service in the drive thru. Please double check your order at the window before driving off. Otherwise you will have to go through 3 individuals from McDonalds just to get the missing item back. Dont be in a rush to drive off at the delivery window. Take your time. Youll thank me later.

Ambiance is great but food was stone cold even the fries. Not crowded thats why already cooked was served. Was shy enough to not asked the waitress to change meal and serve hot and fresh.

Good quality fast food for the families especially kids meal for the young ones.Sitting area is comfortable and drive through is also available.On drawback is the underpass construction workup now a days due to which its really difficult to visit such fast food restaurant at the Gulberg enterence.InshaAllah it will be resolved soon

Worst Experience.Been in love with McDonalds from country to country but that pathetic service never been noticed.Ordered nuggets, McChicken and fried chicken.It tooks 20mint to serve on table and after all that Hassell we Got this. I dont know how is that possible that McDonalds kinda international food chain have different food standard all our the world but in this branch its just waste to money as well as waste to time.Hope someone from cooperate will look into thisThanks

Ever since this branch opened it has never been a disappointment. Their customer service is something I would like to applause to, Mr Waleed doing a great job making sure everything is being executed properly and if in case something goes sideways, they have the best solutions to it. Really satisfied by their amazing services.

Visited today with my Wife. Great taste & cosy environment. View from inside is also excellent. They have nice collection of Music too & view from inside is mind-blowing because of Gulberg Greens. The staff is also well trained. It becomes my favorite MacDonalds in Rawalpindi / Islamabad after f9 branch. Good luck all.

You have to wait mostly in the side parking for delivery of order. Very slow. Melted ice cream. Drinks also taste like old stuff. No fizzy

Very bad experience, I ordered quarter pounder and cardamom tea, no vegetables in Burger, they dont have cardamom tea they gave me simple tea, I requested them to change than they change it and have me cardamom tea. This MC Donald looks like local restaurant.

I am a regular customer and almost 70% it happend that my order was missing items. So please check each and every item of your order before leaving drive thru. Even if you find it out that something is missing you can claim it since they have recording. I have not experienced this in other branches though
