WORST branch manager with zero ethics ! Didnt even know to value or respect customersI visited them with family today. They had sitting place in basement (suitable for families) as well as on kinda long-hallway beside road. We asked them to inform us when any table in basement gets vacant and ordered the food.After 35 min on managers order, that waiter told us that the tables in basement are RESERVED (although that family at basement table was gone just at that moment) and if we wanna have something we have to be at the same table in very rude manner. It was so uncomfortable to sit there for us that we had to leave that place without having something.These filths should have some respect before letting their customers down like this

It was my first order from and it was coming from Ghouri Town branch. I missed fries in the order and chosen the other meal. I contacted at the branch and told manager that if he can help me. He helped me out and send me complimentary fries from his own pocket, just to make me regular customer. It was really great experience having a wonderful customer service. He name was Qamar i guess. He was manager for the evening shift. I request from the management to appriciate him for his efforts.

Always loved to be here. One of the best pizzas I have ever tasted in my life. I definitely recommend visiting Cheezious although the pizzas are not cheap in price but the taste is a lot superior then others around. And the staff was very polite and highly responsive. I have booked an order of pasta and lasgnia ,they said as usual you will get it with in 45 minutes they havent informed that these products were not available after one hour i called they said its coming ,when i called after 2 hour they said sorry mam its not available is this their services??????? Loved the special pizza here. One of the best pizzas I have ever tasted in my life. I definitely recommend visiting Cheezious although the pizzas are not cheap in price as some others in Ghauri Town eg Pizza King or Pizza Laziz but the taste is a lot superior than them so definitely worth the money. And the staff was very polite and professional. Thumbs up to them regarding all aspects.
