A really easy process and good experience. I waited probably 05 minutes for the appointment and everyone was professional and polite especially the Doctor. The way she treated and cared was more than good. The scenario, the staff and most important the cleanliness, everything was appreciable. I visited thrice and got treated well. For sure, I will recommend the readers or the people who are looking for a good place to get treated, The Reliance Hospital.

It is not the best but a better option for the residents of bahria town as there are not enough medical facilities in phase 1 to 6.Safari hospital is also good but the problem is waiting area and staff. Waiting are is too congested and staff is not courteous. Rather staff is unaware of the basic human ethics. These are the reasons I prefer reliance hospital.

Disgusting hospital. I doubt it if the doctors are for real. Zero professionalism. I was literally treated by the doctor at reception for my shoulder injury. Preparing to send legal notice to the hospital and doctor for their butcher style. They did xray when it was not even required and did the wrong one. And shameless they are to ask the charges again. Not recommended at all.

Its good in sense of madical consistency but its rooms are not as they are charging may be they improve theor rooms because they are renovating but not sure.

Had two sessions with a urologist. The receptionist was extremely rude and unprofessional. I booked an appointment for 9 pm and the doctor showed up at 10 pm. No sense of time management or professionalism at all. I highly recommend seeing another doctor or hospital. Garbage service.

If i could give them minus infinity i would have. My mother has stage 4 cancer and she went here for a tooth canal couple of months back. Because in the first two sessions she had to pay a good amount the dentist was on time and stuff. The last session was more of a followup and some minor operating was required, the doctor without any reason didnt inform and Cancelled when we reached there. Then the next day she came late again. The same thing has happened with me a couple of times. And cherry on top was yesterday, i tool an appointment for an ent specialist as j had an ear infection and was in immense pain. I was told that the doctor would arrive at 12pm. I left on my careem at 11 45 am and recieve a call last minute that the doctor is not going to make it and he will be available at 2 30. My question to the stupid management is, do you have no ethics and empathy for your patients? Please avoid these clowns they only care about the green notes you bring in. Avoid this hospital at all cost.

Had lower backache but the doctor prescribed Rs.3,000 worth of medicines without even examining, heck they didnt even take my vitals. The list included 3 types of painkillers, a med to keep my stomach normal plus what not. This place is a business not a health care facility!

Be careful when you visit Emergency room for minor matters. First thing doctor will give you list of blood tests to be done at least for 5 to 6 thousand irrelevant to treatment because you leave hospital for home after treatment while blood reports have not yet come in means tests were not required. It happened 3 times with me. My wife had low blood sugar due intake of higher insulin dose or did not eat food properly after injection. Sugar level was tested by blood drop on strip and sugar was brought under control by drip and injections. Why so many test were charged while we were in car going home without reports in.They robbed me every time i visit them. I cursed them every time . Hope this hospital have short circuit one day to burn down like Khagar plaza RWP so that all money stolen by cheating goes into flames.I am really upset till dateAsghar

Let me tell you my own experience. I took my sister to doctor uzma whos a dentist in reliance because she had pain in her gums but the Doctor referred my sister to an ENT saying theres no problem in her teeth.We went to ENT and the doctor said I dont see any issue with her throat and sent her back with some medicines.After three days my sister started crying out of pain her face was swelled. We went to reliance again but this time to Dr Rizwan. He diagnosed a root canal infection.So the problem is reliance do have some very low doctors diagnosing the patient wrong and not only make them suffer but also waste their money. Dr uzma is highly unreconmended

Absolutely pathetic experience. Col (r) Ejaz Eye Specialist is the worst doctor ever. I went there with my wife and he kept asking personal questions and was coughing right on our face. Further, he sat too close to my wife. Being an old guy, I gave him a benefit of doubt as I was sitting at a distance from my wife. Once out of the room, my wife told me that he was too close and she was getting uncomfortable.Further, when my wife asked him a question after his prescription, he replied by saying that you are asking an irrelevant question and rudely said that we must leave as he has a patient to attend.We didnt go there for free. We paid for his pathetic 5 minutes where he was constantly pestering us with personal questions and bad-mouthing about his fraternity that other Eye Doctors are pathetic.I strongly suggest to please never visit this Hospital or at least this Col (r) Ejaz Eye Specialist again.

While the dengue epidemic was active and a government order can for Rs 90. testing they continued to charge full prices on patients. That and the environment is awful and not up to the mark. Plenty of better options in that area.

My friend sister was admitted, they were not having oxygen supply their for 4 to 5 minutes when it was required, they put put wrong injections in her Drip, she was about to die, best advice to avoid this hospital, expensive and worst management. Their owner Dr. Javed iqbal is black sheep among all.

The practices in this hospital isn’t ethical, to be honest I haven’t visited this hospital since 2 years after experiencing the worst treatment there. Long story short THEY JUST LIE TO ANY EXTENT TO GET THE MONEY OUT OF YOUR POCKET. LIES LIKE SOMEONE WOULD NEVER WANT TO IMAGINE BUT THEY WILL BRAIN FEED YOU TO GET YOU INSIDE SCARE TACTICS. My son was suffering from flu and he was taken to reliance hospital and there he was diagnosed with pneumonia (a patch on his chest x ray). Surprisingly when i took my son to shifa hospital the next day and showed them the x ray. The doctor said the child is completely normal with only runny nose. Pneumonia is a serious disease. Reliance hospital does not cares about patients but only money. Do not visit this hospital.

The guy at reception will not tell you that in the lab, male staff will do female blood test... and the worst point is he will not be guilty at all... pathetic seriously!

Its always a good experience visiting there though services are bit expensive but they are good. Much better then Shifa and Quiad e azam hospital. Dr Sadia and Dr Iffat are doing thier job well. U Guys Shouldnt have raised the consultation fee from RS.1200 to RS.1500. I Guess Supreme Court should look into this matter and fix the consultation fee for all the hospitals.

The lousiest hospital (not supposed to be a hospital from any angle). The owner sits abroad and letting the incompetent doctors like Dr Samia Khalid ( so called gynacologist ) play with lives of innocent people. She treated my daughter for a simple procedure of 10 minutes which is very common. After the procedure my daughter straight away complained of more pain and then was taken again for a surgery with general anesthesia and another surgeon was called to Assist. After continous dressing of 3 days and my daughter complaining of more pain which was deliberately ignored by the staff an the doctor, we decided to take her to Quaid e Azam hospital where the surgeons after examining her confirmed that her blood vessels were damaged during her surgery previously at reliance causing a life threatening situation. We paid 42000 for her 1 day admission and surgery and she had to go through 2 more surgeries to get her out of the life threatning situation and we end up spending 140,000 more to rectify the first lousy and wrong surgery. Doctors like this who play with lives of people need to be jailed and thier license canceled which I will ensure it does!. Such hospitals need to be shut down. Washing the equipment in a sink used to operate patients, stupid and uncooperative staff. This hospital needs to shut down and exposed in media. If. U love your loved ones...pls avoid this place.

Pathetic Consultants, Poor Patient Care. This hospital should be Banned. Hospital was Ok till the time Dr. Javed Iqbal was in charge. but after his departure for USA, this hospital has become a butchery. My mother was admitted with a complaint of having fluid in lungs due to less oxygen intake. Dr. Saim (the so called medical specialist) admitted her for two days. They do not have the facility of ICU, still they admitted her in a very critical condition. stopped her most important medicine LASIX which is used to drain fluids from lungs. they gave her oxygen and discharged after 2 days with the invoice of Rs. 48,000/-. Very next day after her discharge, she got a severe breathing issue (shortness of breath) with very less oxygen intake, we immediately called a friend who is a medical specialist himself, he advised us to immediately shift her to SHIFA or MAROOF hospital in an ambulance. we went to MAROOF Hospital where she was immediately admitted in ICU and later the issue was resolved in 5 days. Maroof doctors diagnosed Pulmonary Oedema (when the oxygen is less heart doesnt works properly, as a result fluids gather in lungs which is called Pulmonary Oedema). Its basic treatment is Tablet or Injection LASIX. the reason behind her shortness of breath was discontinuation of LASIX by Reliance doctors for continous 2 days. Reliance butchers doesnt know the value of human life. they only thing they care about is Money. overcharged us a lot, our 2 days bill was Rs. 48,000/- I have decided to approach the court of law against these dacoits. PLEASE AVOID GOING TO RELIANCE HOSPITAL >>>They are BUTCHERS

The doctors here are incompetent. They nearly killed my daughter by not identifying her actual cause of illness and performed her surgery wrongly. I had to take her to Quaid-e-Azam International Hospital to save her life. This hospital should close down or remove the incompetent bunch of doctors they have hired to kill people.

Terrible! Unprofessional staff! This nurse Naheed treated (read: mistreated) my mother in the ER room. First she came n sat down on the bed where the patient was lying. I have yet to see that in any hospital worldwide. Then she injected the drip needle into her bone which made the patient scream, and complained that her hand was too tight. Eventually pulled out of that hand and did the same on the other hand. B*tch doesnt even know how to insert a needle but she knows how to casually sit on the patients bed while doing it. Dismissed her there n then but this is the level of professionalism in this so called hospital. Completely pathetic! DONT go here! Trust me CMH is much better in service.
