For over 15 years, my family and I have used this hospital as the primary hospital. We are lucky to have such a modernized hospital in our city. Is it expensive? Yes it is, but it is way better than most hospitals in Twin Cities. The doctors are professional and caring, patient wards and emergency ward is neat, tidy and clean.

Expensive but having a great services over all

Well just experienced recently that they are never on time always late. we had an appointment on 5 they made it on 6 then 7 8 then 9 really disappointed from the hospital + very poor management. The thing is we are paying a huge amount for their services. And I dont believe that they are giving services like they are supposed to, the thing is where paying huge amount for better services but I dont think were getting any of that

Pathetic experience for my firstborn child delivery. They called my wife in labor room at 9AM and took some rounds of ECG and did not let anyone enter in labor room. She was already panic and she was not able to get proper sleep even for a minute before that night because of delivery pressure. They kept her alone in labor room and did not let anyone come near her. She was having anxiety attacks hence malformed ECG report. Later they converted normal delivery into CSection at around 2PM. Even after that they didnt moved her to private room and did not let anyone go to her. She was constantly screaming in pain and they did not bother for a second.They allocated room later at 9PM and evem after that sevice was pethetic. Round doctors kept visiting at day time and not even checking her, just asking how you are doing and leaving.Tasteless food, pathetic cafeteria without any essential things for any patient late night carvings. And they do not even allowing outside or home cooked food.Overall experience was a nightmare. Even after paying tons of money no service and value of money received.Totally pathetic, they dont care for you all they care is your medical bills.

Ali medical hospital is a very expensive private hospital.they charge 850/- for a simple CP blood test

I am not at all disappointed by the medical services and treatment protocols of this hospital. However, the only disappointing matter is that they will rip you off from every possible side in a way that you would just not imagine.They do provide good services (As per my 2 experiences) but what they charge is just beyond reasonable.My 6 years old broke a glass and cut his hand in 3 small places (less than an inch). He was treated in the ER room where stitches were done by Dr. Erum Khan. Below is the charges breakdown:1. Registration charges: 3002. ER services charges: 4003. Dr. Erums Appointment charges: 1,5004. General procedure charges: 3,0005. Medicines & materials: 970Total: 6,000 roughly.I have absolutely no understanding why would they charge a separate ER CHARGES when Im already charged a separate General Procedure Charges.And likewise why was I charged separately for doctors appointment 1500 when I am already paying a 3,000 charges as General Procedure Charges. This is utter shamelessness.We as a nation are corrupt. Every person/organization at every single level is involved in a corruption of his level. We have NO RIGHT to demand a good leadership of our country. We need to correct ourselves.

Extremely rude, poor and pathetic service. My sister had labor pain but no doctor properly attended her for around 3 hours. Junior staff is of view that we cant deliver baby because youre Dr syedda Batool patient and only she will deliver your baby. For 3 hours they said your doctor is on way, whose house is just behind the hospital. We literally begs staff to have mercy on our sister, staff (Dr Iffat) slams door on our face and go away.Initially they told the normal delivery charges are 65,000/ but they billed us 113,500. Do so many tests and not even interested to give you reports.

The worst experience that has spoilt my life. I got my laser treatment done foby Dr. Uzma, the dermatologist and she ruined my face neck and now theres abundant growth. I curse myself that i met her. As a doctor she shouldve some awareness as to whats safe and what not for this the laser procedure.

My ami live in New York But currently she is in Pakistan . My ami visited yesterday and she was like everything was so clean, staff was so polite doctor treat me like as family member.so far she said comparison to New York Ali medical is good

This is one of the most perfect medical care center in Islamabad. Excellent supportive staff, neat and clean service and facilities, and professional medical care. Top class and most recommended.Patient rooms are categorized but are very fine with AC/Heaters and TVs and daily clean-ups and check-ups.

Very expensive hospital. All PIMS and Poly Clinic doctors practice here in the evening. Charging huge amounts for small procedures. I was once stopped from entering the hospital because I came on a motorbike and had a helmet in my hand which, for some odd reason, is not allowed in the premises. Very disappointed. Not recommended for people who have hard earned money.

This is complete drama and commercial business for them noy hospital. i used their facilities and spend more then 150k but unfortunately there staff specially dr and specialy gynaecologist are complete business mind they will operate instead of waiting for normal delivery. male staff are goons. they only know how to earn money from poor pakistani people

Ali Medical Centre F-8 Markaz is a private hospital in the town. Full general medical checkup can be done in a package of RS7000, which includes hospital registration, doctor fee and all basic lab tests (Blood CP, creatinine, urine examination etc)

Its a excillent medical facility in town, very cooperative and competent medical team. May Allah rewards you all.

Like any other private hospital, charges are high for every service.Building is old, less parking space.Some good specialists are available to consult at a price.

Best medical services under one roof, best medical consultants, medical scanning services, ER Services & Other Medical related stuff!

What i love about this hospital is its walk in services unlike other hopsitals where u get 3 week long appointments and still have to wait for hours (2,3, even 4) after your appointed time, whereas Ali medicals walk in and token system is so much more efficient , your turn will come within half an hour usually. The doctors are good and so is the staff and services.The only drawback? They do not have a baby care room.And now they r shifting to appointment system which i hate.. ( who loves getting an appointment thats in weeks to come and then getting there only to wait for hours and hours for your turn?)

Management dont know how to treat people properly

May Allah keep every Pakistani away from two places 1 police station 2 hospital. Ali hospital is a small hospital which tries its best to squeeze as many patients so to make maximum profit. No proper car parking is available. No proper seating arrangements is available for patients and attendant. 2 washrooms are there in the whole hospital. Doctors will make you wait for hours and hours as if you are on ZAKAT/social welfare treatment. In short a bad experience from the start till the end.

He Dont Know How to Treat Patient.

Booking an appointment is way hard the numbers are Un-attended or busy and the their is no operator plus if some one picks up they are so rude like they are paying and customers are their slave.

Hi ,I came with my dad and i would like to share few thing for your knowledge/information,1.First when I reached at hospital then room /Bed was not cleaned i have to wait at reception almost one hour meanwhile my dad was in very serious condition2.Admission staff are very unprofessional and rude i informed to him plz help us because my father cant wait or sit to long but they did not bother !!!3. When i got bed then my father cant sleep whole night due to pathetic mattress although staff changed but the mattress was provided me still not comfortable as would be!!!!4.i am in ward b and bed no 9,Today they are going to operate my dad,LET SEE WHAT KIND OF ACTION U PEOPLE WILL TAKELOOKINGTHANKSCH.RAMEEZNow I am satisfied ,quick action was taken on my review

Seems clean, have some parking in front as well, but the waiting area is so tiny and the people / PAs or supporting staff of doctors are cheats (they accommodate their relatives / friends colleagues without appointment and without their turn). Very bad to see that

There is never parking outside, taxis steal any available spaces directly outside the barrier and inside the barrier is only for doctors i was told. Its quite expensive so be prepared for that. But its very clean inside you get a recovery room with ac/ heater, fridge, cable, shower, toilet and the cleaners keep it clean. If you can afford it then would recommend it

Very poor service

It is one of the best institute in Pakistan for health care.

Its a private hospital which provide good medical and surgical services to the patients.

In emergency it is good to go there but as per normal practice, they are sucking the blood of poor patients. Everyday one will find every third patient arguing for his over billing. They charge for every minute. Even the needle not being used properly by unskillful nurse, the item is charged. It has become a commercial concern NOT a Trust.

Ali medical center is an average medical health facility in the center of Islamabad. Much better than Shifa hospital in terms of service and treatment. Also much more economical than Shifa International as well.

Ali Medical is old Hospital of Islamabad . In early 2000 there were very rare private hospitals in Rawalpindi /Islamabad so in Islamabad Ali medical was quite famous also it was very expensive but now their staff is not much professional , they just want to make money

This is a good Medical facility for those who can afford it. If you are going for a check up for first time they will register you, make a card of your name and will take some registration fee. Seating arrangement and token system is very great and helps patients to keep track of when they have to go and see the doctor. If you are planning to admit a patient here or taking a patient in emergency here it may not be a very best idea. This hospital is just enough for check ups. I hate to say this but as far as emergency is concerned PIMS offers better services than Ali Medical.

Good health care facilities but a bit higher rates. Orthopedic department is run by very professional and qualified surgeons. Total knee replacement, total hip replacement, total shoulder replacement and revision arthoplasties are done regularly.Hospital has recently ISO certification which has very positive impact over the day to day operations of the hospital. Hospital has very central location and easy access. One can come straight from the margalla road , from Jinnah avenue as well as F-9 park side.

Good facilities here but the service and cooperation of the staff has been on the decline off late. Some people complained of extra billings and a few insurance companies have removed them from their panel.

First and worst experience in Ali Medical. No respect for the patient. After paying alot of money, people have to wait for hours. There is not enough sitting space. Good but expensive medical service.Finding pakrinf here is a daunting task. You are talking hug charges and you cant provid parking to patients.Complete parking is booked for doctors and staff, how the hel patients will come there.If a single attendant has came with a patient, either he has to find the parking and patient has to stand there or take the patient and find the parking first and the both have to walk half a kilometre to reach the gate.Very disappointed due to parking.

Unfortunately one of the worst hospitals I have been to. No proper car parking, plus the staff was rude and unprofessional. The hospital itself is clean but they have a lot of improvements to make.

Very poor customer service. Since last 2-3 years, they have never picked up/attended the phone call. Meaning you can not call them if you need any information or do phone appointment. Have sent them complaint on their email, but in vain.

Good and clean environment , but the doctor only give us hardly 5 minutes each time and come late twice, need improvements in doctor timings, visitor seats/ area and overall attitude of doctors staff in terms of customer/ patient satisfaction.....

I have had both good and bad experiences with this center. I would not advise anyone to visit their emergency(ER) especially at night. There was no doctor present in emergency ward around 11pm and nurse present at the counter Misdiagnosis the patient who was constantly getting worse so we ended up going to Al shafa hospital. However, I had good experience with their doctors when you see them during the day by appointments but STAY AWAY FROM THEIR EMERGENCY.

Good medical centre for emergency services in the capital city of Islamabad. My advice would be to mentally and monterly prepared before coming to pay bills beside consultation charges under different heads of investigations/diagnostic services before leaving the premises.

Comparatively good as of other private hospitals in ISB.

Had a terrible experience at this hospital. My relative had a surgery at this place and she contracted infection during the surgery. This just goes to show how poorly this place is run and how negligent hospital administration is in enforcing basic SOPs, would never recommend anyone to visit this place.

Dr khaliq u zaman is best

Pathetic service. Overcrowded no proper seat arrangements for patients and attendant. Despite appointment wait for hours to see doctor.

This is a good medical care center. But it is very expnsive. They provide mediacla care in neuro surgery, orthopedics, dentistry, Kidney transplants, medicines, Gynocology and Obstetrics etc. Hospital have emergency and ICU services too. Staff is good and co oporative. And have a good enviroment.

Everything is just excellent. They took special care of my mother who had a major surgery in this hospital. Keep going!

Highly not recommended, a patient in my family was operated in the hospital and after few hours they said patients blood pressure is very low and only prayers can save her. It turned out that Ali Medical either did not have the equipment to care for a patient in such condition and the machines they had were out of order. Long story short we shifted her to another facility where she showed improvement with in hours and was eventually discharged in a matter of days.

Please donot go to this hospital.. they’re not good people.. try to exploit conditions emotionally .. your patience doesn’t have time you should admit in icu etc .. .. unnecessary testing extra fee stupid staff ... I would say this is not hospital this is botchershop .... very bad bad hospital.

Superb organization and excellent trust hospital

I will not recommend any one to get your family member admit in this hispital.Due to following reasons(duty doc too)1. Duty staff zero care of patient2. Lack of coordination among staff when shift change3. They took samples of various test and lost specimen and ask us again and again have you submitted.4. Every changing shift tells you a different story.5. We took private room charge too much but services zero.6. One day did CT scan and next day were again saying it was not done in contrast when we probe and find out the first one was ok.HIGHLY NOT RECOMMENDED

Dr Shumail from Ali Medical Center Islamabad has killed my brothers son last night. Baby found dead in mothers body after 9 months because the doctor didnt calculate the delivery time right, didnt deliver the baby and let the baby expired inside mother. She didnt take the patient serious in last days and we ended up with having a great loss thats not describableI urge all of you not to visit Ali Medical Center Islamabad and not to trust its doctors, we are going through terrible pains because of them. Please share and advise the same to your friends and familyMay Allah give patience and strength to my brother, bhabi and to my family- Ameen!

11 years back it was the worst hospital in town. Uncaring staff with no humanity. We had to literally beg Doctor and staff to give some attention to our patient as patient was in serious condition and doctor n staff were like if they even dont care. I thought things have improved bcoz apparently things and facilities have been modified. My brother took his son three days back there due to pain in stomach. They were told that surgery has to be done. They went to Shifa for second opinion, where he got cured with simple medicine. During all that time, Ali medical staff kept calling them that surgeon is ready so take the child for surgery.

Clean and nice environment but most of the staff members dont have etiquettes to knock the door.And food isnt allowed from outside the Hospital.

I had a chance to visit the hospital for seeing doctor Khaleeq uz Zaman , a Neurosurgeon as my wife was suffering from acute pain in her upper arm for the last many days , had consulted some local available doctors too but there was no improvement so felt it appropriate to Consult Dr . Khaleeq on the issue .As he has a long queue of patients so a couple of days back , I took my appointment through a responsible person of the hospital . We entered hospital around 5.50 pm ON 5th October 2017, having a prepared mind that it might take an hour or so . I went to the receptionist of the doctor Mr. Saeed ( The Most arrogant person I have ever seen in the hospitals so far ) first he straight away said that our name is not in the long list he had before him . I narrated him that we have taken the appointment but do not know the serial number . Any how he charged us the doctor fee and asked us to sit back and relax ( Please also note that no receipt of the money received was issued , to none of the people as far we noted also ) which was very strange for me .And the trauma begins ......... we are sitting and people are being sent by his other counterpart with some mutual understanding , no regular calling of names or numbers was there , as we were sitting nearby the entrance gate of clinic so we could easily note the particular movements of eyes , eye brows and heads of these guys who had a very intimate correlation between the two and things were going in their own way. The known people were being accommodated religiously and sometimes the names were also called as an eyewash for the people sitting there . Despite our very much repeated protest nothing really happened and we were there at their mercy to see the doctor . Would you believe that we were called at 9.40 to see the doctor . It was just an affair of consultation within 5 minutes duration and for this we had to wait for 4 long hours . Many people were really in bad shape and were supposed to go first but no sympathy germs were seen in Mr. Saeed and the attendant standing guard in sending patients according to his sweet will . Sometimes , rather often the display was unmoved for many minutes and was actually not in line with the patients being sent in .I WANT YOU PEOPLE TO IMPROVE BY DOING THE FOLLOWING :1. DESIGN AND DEVISE A CRYSTAL CLEAR MECHANISM backed by Token System or a slip giving full details of the patient with waiting serial number so that the confusion does not prevail . If some special patient is to be accommodated , then there would be no fuss as everyone would know that he is out of turn patient due to emergency .2. RECEIPT OF MONEY RECEIVED SHOULD INVARIABLY BE ISSUED , no one can differ with the suggestion . it would benefit the hospital and doctor both because the respected doctor cannot keep a track as to how many patients he has seen , so the chances of embezzlement of fee by Receptionist and Attendant are very bright . To kerb this situation it is imperative that receipts should definitely be issued to the patients .3. THE ELECTRONIC BOARD DISPLAYING THE SERIAL NUMBER SHOULD BE ACTIVELY CONTINUE TICKING AS THE PATIENTS GO IN .by this way everyone know that say 43 is gone and now it is 44 to go . that 44 should have his token in hand so that anyone who is suspicious about his serial can see the token.I hope the same suggestions would work for all the doctors who have rush of patients in his or her clinic . It will also improve behaviour of associated staff of doctors who at present think that they are bigger position holders even than doctor himself . Their very uncooperative attitude is also very discouraging especially the staff of Dr. Khaleeq-uz-Zaman sahib .Regards .................SADAQAT KHAN
