Poor and pathetic. Today, i.e., january 04, 2020, i bought a battery for the UPS. I got the battery in a torn curtain box. On insistence, the box was changed with another box that was torn too One event that i witnessed there was about the in consistency in the prices of used gas heaters. The customers were complaining about the prices ie one was telling a lower price and the other one higher one. When I asked one of the workers who was filling in acidic water in the battery about the concentration of acidic water, he had even not heard of the term concentration. In the nut shell not a good experience.

Absolutely bad service, avoid if you can it would be better paying more somewhere else for the same product. they go back on their own work in my case they did. God forbid if you have a problem with you new product all they will do is point you to the service center.This was my experience your mileage may very :)if you want an electronic device i would suggest buy it from someone else.

They mainly sell UPS, Electric oven, batteries. They are famous for UPS. I have bought three UPS. they are working well. Prices are reasonable.

If you buy a ups from these people and then try to claim the warranty here is what will happen.You: after paying electrician to un plug ups and you go to awais electronics and tell them it has problemAwais electronics: its fine.You: its not right not the right back up.Awais electronics: please go in back alley and show it to our technician.You: okayTechnician chacha: *connects ups to his power supplies and lights* and says ups is fine see i have load close to 5 fans on it and its working fine so its fine.You: but it was not this way at my homeTechnician chacha: please call imtiaz saab at this number and tell him come fix my ups and tell him you will pay him.You: but isnt this under warranty arent you guys going to fix it for free?Technician chacha: Call ths ups guy its some thing wrong at your house may be the terminals are lose or maybe the terminals have carbon on themYou: but the carbon was never there and terminals were right.Technician chacha: ap please imtiaz sab ko bula lain ups thek hai.The guy who owns the shop is i think the guy who is darker in color and he looks like a scam by face... if you ask around about the shop from the shops around they will tell you the same thing. If you are planning to buy a ups from these guys, I highly suggest dont do it!

Looters/scammers and deceivers they will try to fool you by lying trying to sell you ups way expensive than the actual cost and also they dont even have official warranty, please avoid

Theyre scammers they sold me a 5.5k short battery back up UPS for 10k saying its pure sine wave when it was a modified/simulated sine wave one I went to return it after 1 week and they only returned 6k
