It is good initiative by Daraz.pk. Now customers can return the items easily here in case of any issue. On some items Daraz also offers pick up from Daraz shop which is indeed great for those who are serving at remote places and are unable to receive from riders in working hours at home. This shop needs some more clean and neat ambience and especially following of Covid-19 precautions.

I had extremely bad experience with daraz as well as this outlet. The staffs behaviour is extremely bad. They dont guide you properly neither they have any information about any of your orders. If the customer is angry they should compensate him and guide him properly but they behave bad. For your every problem the only solution they have is a customer service Email address. Thats all they have gotI wont recommend daraz to anyoneThey dont have quality check department for checking that what their vendors are sending to their customers.I returned an order of 2 watches in the month of september and that time their system was down. And till then they dont have any idea where is thereturn of my watches. Every time I call them and they send me Emails that our customers care department will contact you soon. And then there is one more email after few days that the customer care department will contact you on the next date they and this process is still going on till now.
