Very friendly doctor and staff. Came here for my eye checkup and was delighted with their service. The appointment fee was Rupees 1500 for the session. Also, they have a small shop where you can buy sweets and chocolates for the little ones.

Basheeran Umar Eye Hospital is one of the best eye hospital and clinic in Rawalpindi and Islamabad.Starting from the hospital Staff, it has one of the most professional and humble staff. From receptionist till specialists, everyone is so polite and concerned. You really don’t have to worry, if you are going there for first time. You will be guided completely by the staff. Especially Dr. Masood-ul-hassa, himself, is very kind and competent. Unlike others specialists, he will explain the problem and complications. Moreover, he make sure to satisfy and answer all the patients’ queries as well.It is equipped with all latest technologies and microscopes. The clinic has state of the art setup in this clinic. Although the space is little bit congested but it’s ornamented to seem more spacious. The waiting lounge is equipped with comfy chairs and sofas. Whole space is centrally air-conditioned. Meanwhile there is a corner for little patients or attendants that is equipped various toys. Other than there is mall tuck shop as well.There is a pharmacy as well. You can find a board in waiting lounge. It has good wishes and thank you card from patients to their surgeons. One thing to be corrected, you need to tell correct time of appointments to patient so they don’t have to wait for long hours. Other than that, it was a quite experience.

Had my laser eye surgery at BUEH in April 2019. Being from the UK i travelled all the way to Pakistan to get my eye laser done at a reasonable price i am very impressed with the service i recieved from Dr Masud ul hassan who explained me step by step procedure.My eye sight is fantastic Alhamdullilah and i could see clearly. Thankyou for everything.

My Uncle had a partial loss of vision in one eye. We attended the BUEH and were pleasantly surprised at the reasonable waiting times and how well informed patients and visitors in the waiting room were kept. The staff were friendly, approachable and all delivered excellent care in a time myself and my Uncle were worried. BUEH is one of the best hospitals that Ive ever been to, and I wish more hospitals delivered the same standard of care
